As per the view of, Business Communication is defined as a procedure to share relevant
information among people working within and outside the organisation. Effective business
communication is the manner in which management and workers interact within a business
enterprise for meeting organisational objectives. Managers of Mr. Fishy have to use effective
communication for reducing employees grievances. It also helps to transmit thoughts and
information among departments within an enterprise and outside it such as investors, customers,
suppliers, and so on.

Communication plays an important role to develop the strategies of a company in an
effective manner so that organisation can achieve its targets (Zerbe and et. al., 2019). There are
various communication form of communication that are adopted by company in taking effective
action.
Formal communication: Each enterprise has formal communication in order to deal with its
workers. The internal policies and memos can be considered as examples of this kind of
communication. For Mr. Fishy, it is important to have effective formal communication for its
success and growth.
Informal communication: It occurs naturally and it takes place between friends and family
members. It is important for workers as it helps in creating stress free environment.
Interpersonal communication: Such communication has enhanced the organisation importance
as the online system has become more significant. It allows workers to interact with each other
and build more stronger relationships among them (England, Nagel and Salter, 2019).
In Mr. Fishy, each of these communication forms has various principles on which they work.

essential that the attention of receiver must be drawn towards a specific message. People varies
in their behaviour, emotions, attention, etc. so they respond differently.
Principle of Feedback- This principle is very significant for making communication
effective. It is essential that there should be information regarding feedback from recipient for
knowing whether he has understood a message in similar context in which sender means it.
Principle of Informality- This principle states that informal communication is equally
important as formal communication and managers must use it to assess employees reaction
towards different principles and policies.
Principle of Consistency- It states that communication must be consistent with all the
plans, policies, objectives and programmes. If communication and messages are in conflict with
programmes and policies than there will be confusion in subordinates minds and they do not
implement them in an appropriate manner.
Principle of Timeliness- It states that communication must be done at an appropriate
time so that it will help in implementing certain plans in an effective manner. Delay in
communication will be not able to serve any kind of objectives of purposes rather the final
decision will be of no use (Hill and et. al., 2019).
Principle of Adequacy- The information that is communicated must be complete and
adequate in all aspects. If communication is inadequate than it will delay the action and can
