command as well as inform other. Effective business communication will support in resolving
issues or problem and support strong relationship. It has been identified that there are number of
issues of problems that is associated with flow of communication process. These barriers to
communication affect the capability to conduct required task.
INTRODUCTION
Transmission of message in organisation process can be describe as the way of conversation
or interchanging message with the motive of conduct required set of activities in appropriate and
significant manner. It is essential that organisation haves strong communication in organisation
with the motive of resolving business issues (Ruben and Gigliotti, 2017). It is important for
increasing performance and capabilities of employees along with this attaining set goals of
business. This report will include some general theories which is related to organisational
communication. In this different barriers to communication has been determined. Apart from
this different plan of action with the motive of resolving communication obstacle are determined.
