individuals within an organisation for commercial benefits. There are different types of factors
that affect smooth communication. Thus, it is essential to use preventive measures as to
overcome barriers and facilitate good flow of communications. In this present report, case of Mr
Fishy is considered which is a fish and chips restaurant in London. This restaurant is facing issue
of employee conflicts as the British and Non British employees of this organisation has different
perspective against Brexit. In this report various challenges and barriers are identified which are
along with the strategies to overcome the issue of communication practices.

principles (Ruesch, 2017). Thus, it becomes essential for management to ensure that smooth and
effective communication prevails within premises as to effectively maximise work productivity.
For this it is important to encourage and enhance individual’s morale. This, it is essential for
marketing manager of restaurant to make sure that different form of communication takes place
in work place premises. Mentioned below there are some assorted form that can be consider by
restaurant manager:

structure of restaurant company look forward to formulate highly structured work place
