form to the receiver. In an organization, managers should have the information necessary for

communicate through facial and gestures. There is a great variety of communication methods are

Purpose and principle behind Organizational communication
According to Schneider and Arnot, (2018) Purpose behind the Organizational
communication is to run business effective and smoothly. It is an essential part of management,
if there is no proper communication between workers and managers then many problems occur
like disputes. It helps employees to convey message to the higher level. For both small and large
organization, communication plays an important role within their day to day business activity it
can also help in getting immediate feedbacks that might help in understanding any kind of
misunderstandings and problems that might arise in future. With the help of communication,
business can communicate with society around them in a better way which will help them to run
their business in a more better manner. The main purpose of the business organization is to fulfill
the business objectives and fulfill the business accomplishments. Besides that, the main purpose
of business communication is to communicate the purpose of the business objectives and fulfil
the stakeholder expectation or needs. With the help of communication strategies business can run
and make the business environment positive and confident. Moreover, organization business
flow has to be run through top level to bottom level that helps to better communicate the flow of
the policies and instructions.
As per the view of Bossio and et.al., (2019)Basic principal of effective organizational
communication is to transfer information and create mutual understanding between receiver and
sender basically this process work through channels There are two effective way of
communication to flow information are higher ups and lower down. In a higher ups managers

send information to supervisor then he provide to his team but if we talk about down ups , if
employees want to talk on higher level then they tell their massage to supervisor and he
communicate with manager. A good communication facility for staff flows information , ideas,
opinion and instructions. This help managers and supervisors to learn skills from others.
Managers can improve industrial relations by effective communications. Messages provide by
managers should be clear and language should be easy to understand it help employees to
understand task and they can perform their task better and more efficient way.
Applying Principal of Organizational communication
As per the view of John, (2018)If we apply principals of organizational communication then it
will help employees to communicate their problems to the higher level because they cannot
communicate their problems directly to managers so he can convey his messages through
channels. Effective communication can create understanding between employees and managers.
Managers can connect with employees and solve problems of employees that will make
employees to stay motivated and they will give their best towards the organization. Employees
work more effectively when someone listen to them. Managers will get information smoothly
and time to time. employees can understand task and perform their work they can directly intrect
with each other and solve problem together . it is important to make cordination among staff
members that is possible if there is good communication . communication is one of the important
tool for management to bring change in in organization. Communication can help managers ,
staff member to exchange there ideas , thought that will help them to grow more and effective
communication will increase moral of the employees that will affect on business growth and
managers will get better result from employees. By the help of applying the business principles
of communication it enable to sustained the productivity and business opportunities which is
very necessary to be done by the senior business environment.

written to maintain organizations and they make like between each other. Informal
communication take place when information exchange between two or more persons are
involved without confirming official rules, usually we call it gossip. it help them to involve with
each other it can be negative and positive both for organization. Negative is when employees talk
other then work. Verbal communications is speaking ability of managers and their skill to
communicate their message. it should be clear and language should be understandable so it can
be useful for employees to understand if information is clear and properly communicate.
Managers get immediate feedback from employees. Managers and employees use this practise to
show their confidence or impress client. Nonverbal communication employees use to interact
with clients it is helpful to convey message by using eyes, facial expressions but Written
communication mostly use to send information through written massages and mails. Worker get
written information but sometime, it can be problem for employees when they does not get
information property written or error in information. Upward communication help employees to
give information to supervisor and supervisor provide information directly to the managers it
will help employees to share their thought and ideas to managers but downward communication
just alternate to upward communication,managers give information to supervisor and he provide
that information to the staff member and employees which is helpful for managers to connect
with employees. These all are practices which organization apply to get success in business.
Communication practices must be as per the process or discussion with employees. Apart from
that, it helps to be the most effective and learning practices happened within the organization.

It is important important issue which rise during meeting is time management , time of
meeting should be accurate and they should talk with all the members before meeting and ask
them if they can attend meeting on time or not . organization should change polices and

knowledge from their seniors. Barriers related to communication can occur in there is no proper
communication during meeting it should be clear a purpose of meeting and clear their doubt
before meeting. They need to make some strategies which can help them to conduct meeting
properly there are some strategies which are - review the attendee list - they should read and
attendee list before they enter in meeting room. They should make sure to start with a point from
list of topic to be discussed and make sure that material should provided.they should read
attendee list before entering in room Do you see any unfamiliar names? If so, consider looking
them up in your organization’s directory (or on LinkedIn). Surprises are not your friend when it
comes to meeting.
