INTRODUCTION
Communication is the process of exchanging information to increase efficiency
and understand thoughts of each other in effective decision-making.
Communication is very essential aspect which helps to increase potential of
business organization.
Barriers of Communication
Different communication barrier which impacts the efficiency between different offices of the company in multinational origin.
Lack of attention is most common barrier of effective communication as many listeners are to paying attention to speaker which creates misunderstanding and
decreases the efficiency of business operation to achieve objectives. For instance, go manager also has the same issues due to inefficient employees.
Language barriers is also a major issue in effective communication as verbal communication is the first preference of every business and to operate from
different countries proper training must be provided (Manojlovich and et.al., 2019). As go manager has established new business in different countries of
Europe which increases the differences of different accents.
Cultural Differences impact effective communication as different culture have different value integrated to information which increases the difficulty for
businesses to operate in different cultural; backgrounds effectively. Go manager also has the same issue of as employees in different countries thinks customer
feedback is good and does not address it and other do not this creases inconsistency in business.

Effective strategies help improve the efficiency of communication in
business employees to improves the productivity of activities to achieve
objectives effectively. Implementing Technology helps to increase the
efficiency of employees to understand the language and improve the
coordination of between all the departments of organization (Jin, 2017).
For example, Go manager is adopting Skype video conferencing
software to decrease communication gaps by solving all the differences.
Addressing feedback helps to understand the issues of customers and
make changes in the strategies to gain effective knowledge and increase
efficiency of communication (Gibson, 2018). For instance, Go manager
also has to implement feedback system which helps to increase
communication which is related to work and improve coordination
effectively. Training and development of workforce helps to increase
the skills and knowledge of employees to develop effective
understanding achieving objectives and increase customer satisfaction
effectively.
Awareness of Cultural Influences on
Communication Negotiations
Culture comprises social behavioural patterns,
attitude, beliefs values, of the society or a
particular community to increase the efficiency
of the negotiations. It is very essential to
understand the communication in negotiations as
it impacts the quality of business in international
market and also decreases the market share
gradually. Understanding cultures also helps
business to understand business policies and
government laws more effectively and to make
business deals cultural communication is also

Culture also helps to understand the behaviour

achieve objectives. Income communication
strategy also help fill the cultural gaps to

need to understand all the facts of all countries
