INTRODUCTION
Business communication is an ever- developing procedure that enhance through analysis,
observation and execution of plan. It determines various fields of weaknesses and provides
thought of idea on how to improve those fields. It ensures others to take their time and look to
others perspective(Bogatyrev, Berova, 2020) . The management considered in this report is
Business United. Its a private college settled in London. Due to COVID-19 all lectures are presently
online, and the teaching faculty and scholars are accommodating new ways of acquisition.
TASK

A communication barrier involves the issue in the management that arises at every phase of the
communication procedures and have the prospective to build up misinterpretation and confusion.
Technical barriers: Planning and scheduling an implementation of businesses techniques is
always being a challenge. Students are not getting adequate services for studying well at their
places with poor Wi-Fi that means students often miss their lectures and parts of the lesson by
which they do not know what is going into it. This slow and bad network issue ensures that
students are not getting initialise time to cover their lessons that will directly effect on their study.
As also, many of the staff faculty are using old laptops and computers that take a long time to
load new pages and it may affect to their lesson and further studies. It is important to set the base
with the techniques on how the potential change can give benefit to their students. Various
students are not facilitating acquired information that evaluated from the emplacement of extant
activity and inheritable techniques that may be impacted on it. This course of methods and
techniques present the manner of risk at actual interruption in the management. The quality of a
method that should be assessed at very equipped sense that should be introduced to students by
the college staff faculty(Lang, 2019) . The essential factor for training that relates to time and
cost that enrolled to budget and development plan for the students who were missed their lectures
and lessons. It takes into consideration to the effective manner of customising the terms at
initialise section.
Emotional barriers: It represents that the students miss the chances and possibilities to interact
with their close ones or friends and easily get bored for listening to the teacher as for long periods
of time on regular basis. They also feel separated to studying from their home and feel
demotivated not having individual time with the teacher and other faculty. It looks so boring
while repeating the same schedule again and again on regular basis. This barrier involves the
