INTRODUCTION
Business communication can be termed as the information which is being shared among
people in and outside of an organisation which is formed because of organisation's commercial
benefit. It is also termed as relaying of particular information in a business by their employees.
Conversation of business involves regular information flow and feedback is considered as one of
the main part of it. In large organisations, there are several people at distinct levels and therefore
communication plays main role in such organisations. With the assistance of proper coordination
there can be effective controlling as well as directing of people. Business conversation can be of
two types i.e. oral and written communication and an effective transmission helps in maintaining
organisation's goodwill. The regulations, policies and rules of company should be disclosed to
employees who are there in organisation or related with it. In earlier time conveyance of business
was just limited to telephone calls, paper work etc. But now with the help of advance technology,
there are satellite communication, emails, video conferencing, cell phones who support
communication in business (DiSanza and Legge, 2016).

Letter of complaint
I took very important business clients of my company from South America on 7th July,
for a fantastic dining experience that is discussed prior with manager of your hotel, Mr. Paul.
Exclusive bespoke menu was created and he ensured that only fine local ingredients will be used.
Mr. Paul also give his consent for preparing special dishes to our clients. But unfortunately, the
whole experience of dining was very disappointing and food appears to be very bad that mood of
our clients gets completely spoilt. On the other hand, Paul was also on off duty that evening and
we were not able to make any complaints. Other staff members were not at all responsible as our
clients kept on waiting for around 15 minutes as private dining room of your hotel was not ready
properly.
There was also some pre-decided requirement regarding the special dietary food for
guests and that thing was not catered by restaurant. There were many items that did not arrived
on our menu. The waiter was busy in taking orders of other and we waited to get our services.
There were various activities of mismanagement. We are your regular customers and always love
your services but this time reputation of our company got affected as the whole meal was a
failure and our clients were not at all impressed.
On our arrival, it was already decided with Paul, that our clients and guests will get
welcome drinks but there was no such thing. Chicken sweet corn soup was tasteless fluid and the
starters were so much oily though there was a request of fat free food. The main course was
equally tasteless. Though we ordered both veg as well as non-veg dishes but they all taste same
and there was no difference in it.
Another problem turned up when most of our dinner got mixed up and then we had to
return it. Temperature of steak was not appropriate and the vegetables were cold. If overall rating
will get considered, experience of our company at your establishment was not up to the mark,
which was expected from Fair Bridge.
The only fair thing in that evening was that the waiters listen to our complaints in friendly
manner. I hope restaurant of your reputation must pay attention to culinary ability of staff make
improvements on fare. As we are a regular customer from 2 years of your restaurant, I will look
forward to visit again soon and taste good cuisine.

firmly believe that value of prime location in Britain will not decrease. They will flow
current trend and prices will go up by around 4-5%. Experts think that after Brexit, initial

Mortgage market will face some hard time for couple of years. According to some
experts, interest rate will continue to fall in upcoming year. Upcoming years will be best time for
buying a property because customers can get loan at cheap rate. Government of UK is also
providing some special assistance for the people who are saving money for purchasing of a
house. But they have attached a condition that this benefit will be available for first time buyers.
Although analyst is saying that now banks will not approve mortgage easily. According to recent
figures, in February they clear 66100 compared to 68300 in January. Corporate borrowing has
gone down by 0.25 %. Housing companies are reducing construction of homes because they
know that in future demand of property will go down (What is Brexit and what is going to
happen now that Britain has voted to LEAVE the EU?. 2017). Buyers from other countries will
not take much interest in real estate market of UK because they government is planning to put
more restriction on foreign clients. These steps will make a negative impact on generation of
employment. Lot of workers who are working in construction sector will lose their job because
housing companies are not getting loan from banks.

Conclusion
From the study, it can be concluded that prices of property in UK will go down in
upcoming time. This can be considered as the main reason for increasing time of houses because
housing companies are ready to sale houses at low rate. They are stopping their ''in pipeline''
projects because they know that in, couple of years, they have to sell them below cost of
manufacturing. Banks in Britain are not giving loans to these enterprises easily, they are not sure
about recovery of money. Government is trying their best effort in maintaining proper balance
between demand and supply. They are ready to provide should special assistance to first time
buyers. Most of the experts believe that Brexit is the main reason behind sudden fluctuation in
property market. They were expecting these changes; initial 4-5 years will be difficult for real
estate industry but in long run it will make a positive impact on housing sector.
Recommendation
From above analysis, it can be recommended that next 2-3 years will best time to a buy a
property in UK. Price of houses are going down because market do not have much buyers.
According to investors, people who will invest their money in current scenario will get at least
300% return before 2025. Government will play crucial role in revival of this sector, they should
increase their efforts so industry can maintain proper demand and supply of homes. Banks
should not approve loan applied by buyers with checking their financial position. These
situations increase non-performing assets of a bank because lot of people, who do not have
capacity to pay money, get amount of loan and after sometime they get registration in list of
defaulters. Housing companies should not be started new projects because in upcoming time they
will not get appropriate price for the property which they are trying to sell.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that business communication is one of the
essential part of any organisation which helps in making effective communication among
members of an organisation. With the support of effective communication, there will be good
environment as well as culture in company which will support in overall working and its
development. In this report, some examples of business communication are being quoted with
