Introduction
Business communication is one of the important assessment, it will help the company
to perform effectively within the companies to remove communication barrier and approach
right strategies. It will help to convey message and use the communication process
effectively. These channels are helpful for the educational institute as well. It will prevent
some major communication barrier to solve the issues and help for make some effective
communication channels (Di Pietro and et.al., 2021). In this report, BusinessUnited
educational institute are the sector which actually help to improve their communication
channels. Further after receiving some major complaints form students and teacher, company
try to make a report and analysis their issues and barrier within the company. This include
strategies, barriers, communication theory and recommendation for the use of effective
communication.

The need to use different theories are related to growth of organisational
communication, as this will be an important sector for the growth of company in market. In
the BusinessUnited, communication is the essential process and its way to analysis the online
classes due to covid-19. Some of the major theories are use and collected by the company to
analysis the benefits of theories. Some of these are explained below:

Obstacles of communication at BusinessUnited
Emotional Barrier: Most of the student and teacher are facing this barrier at their
personal level. People are lock in their rooms and they are not able to interact in their social
area and not enjoying for going outside and freshen up their moods. All of these are helpful in
conducting behaviour and make sure to work as per the growing concern and need to analysis
their prospective changes within the society. There are different issues which are face by the
company to work and manage their studies within their home, as they are not able to manage
effective changes and concentration over there.
Technical Barrier: As the major part of barrier within the Business United are
related to their online classes and their ineffective technology. So it is the most important
barrier for the growth of company which are helpful and effective for essential success and
major changes within the company (Jones, 2021). Wi-Fi facilities, lack of technology,
software and many other sources are basically related to work and knowledge which are
effective for the changing and growing material. This barrier is needed to be solve the
College and their management team as it will be related to work and manage the aspect for
the growing concern and behavioural process.
Noise Barrier: This is the barrier which are face by the company to make students
more ineffective performance that are helpful in making effective student and analysis the
most consequences over the period and make some interrupt zoom lecture during online
classes. This will be related to work and manage as per the source and make some
uncontrollable noise during their online classes and studying at home (Wu and et.al., 2021).

Physical Barrier: this barri3er is not in the hand of college management as it will be
related to issue face by the student and teachers. As it is related to unease behaviour and
health issue that are face by the student during their online classes. Further reading with E-
books and many more journals which are related to face all time laptop screen and mobiles.
They are not able to concentrate on their studies. It will be related to work and manage the
student for make major changes and their growth within the society.
Cultural Barrier: This is the better way to communicate the major unsatisfied source
and make cultural barriers over the period and make sure to manage occurring and difference
cultural issues (Lu and Navas, 2021). As it will be related to work and manage the source
within the society. It will be helpful for the students to work and manage the activities which
are helpful for the students to work and increase their performance. The major changes and
their growth are related to disturbance of cultural theories and barriers.
Approaches to overcome the barriers
After analysing the barriers and organisational communication theory, it is related to
work and manage with some effective strategies to overcome the challenges face by the

their publication with friend and teachers. It will be helpful in managing and growing the

need of network and technologies within the management and students (McCarthy, Eastman
and Garets, 2021). These resources are helpful in managing and growing the need to work in

Set meetings: time to time meeting are helpful in arranging and minimising the
growth of the company and try to minimise the barrier within the company. All of these are
helpful in managing and growing the student learning platform and advice the major
strategies’ to overcome the challenges and improve the set time frame and performance of the
students and teachers as well.

After analysing all the discussion, it can be recommended for the BusinessUnited
College, to make some major change which are helpful in analysing growth and activities
within the college (Sugara, Kustyono and Dwinugraha, 2021). Further all of these are helpful
in managing performance of student and teacher as well.
Use appropriate and effective technologies for enhance online classes which are
helpful in deciding and growth for the aspect of company.
Further teacher should use group presentation and assignments to improve the
communication in between students and teacher.
In addition to that, company are able to make some effective strategies for plan and
make some external events.
They should use weber’s classical communication theory which are useful for make
more strong communication channels.

After completing this report, it is analysis that, the need of business communication

increase in their efficiency. Good way to communicate effective channels, it has been

and provide e-books. Which are very difficult for the students to use major techniques and
face barriers. The company need some major strategies to overcome the barrier and work as
