Business communication can be determined as the essence of effective
management in the organization. It is through communication that an environment of
the constant flow of information is created in the organization. Communication can be

communication environment. These days the internet has helped in bringing the world
closer. Also, it can serve as an effective medium to attract customers and stakeholders.
This article also highlights that the internet can also help in improving internal

communication requires to focus on different factors that are mutual respect a proper
management clarity of goals and objectives and many others.

supply chain management.
According to Mazzei & Ravazzani, with the help of effective organizational
communication, an organization can attain the trust of the people. Also, through this,

2014). Though it is a known fact that in an organization, trust can be attained through
effective internal communication, but retention of the employee requires the
organization to focus on many other aspects, which include job satisfaction, equal
opportunities to develop, respect, freedom of opinion, and many more.
According to Thomas & Stephens, strategic communication approaches help the
organization operating in all over the world (Thomas & Stephens, 2014). With the

competition demands an organization to implement strategic communication
practices. It is crucial as communication which is regarded as the essence of
management has to be effectively used, as through clear communication an
organization can enhance their performance and can also attain competitive
advantage. In the current circumstances, it is crucial for organizations to utilize the
social media platform with an effective post to attract customers and stakeholders.

the organization on the social media platform (Swani, Milne, Brown, Assaf & Donthu,
2017). Now with the changing Times internet and social media has become an integral
part of this is communication. Therefore, it is very important that an organization

can utilize many different approaches to develop an effective communication system,
but the organization needs to analyze the different aspects associated with each
