Effective communication is very important in an organisation to work efficiently, if
there are some barriers, they should be overcome by adopting effective strategies such as
clarify idea and message before communication - Message that is
communicated to other person must be clear and analysed, that ensures that
receiver understands message in same sense in which sender wants him to
receive. In business United college all lectures are clearly understandable to
students.
communication should be according to need of receiver-Every message
should be according to level of receiver. Understanding level of students in
education should be clear to teachers. They should try to convey lectures
according to their level, so they can easily understand. Easy, natural and
understandable language should be conveyed.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that effective communication is essential
for every organisation. In various time communication break down and barriers will
create between sender and receiver. Proper strategy should be adopted to resolve these
barriers effectively by organisation.
Communication refers as a process to transfer information, message, opinion, and thoughts
from one place, group or person to another place, person. The message is transferred from sender to
receiver by effective medium of communication. This leaflet includes the discussion of challenges
and barriers that effects communication.
Importance of cultural awareness
Culture awareness is refers as to understand the differences between ourself and
other people who belongs to other countries and background, attitude and values. To
develop culture awareness, several factors should be consider such as language of that
particular place, observe their culture closely, behaviour of people. Cultural awareness is
very important in present era. Culture awareness make it easy to become global citizen, it
is helpful to understand work environment and resolve all culture barriers that creates
problem in communication or work. In context of Business United it is important to have
awareness of culture of that place, values and environment because in college students are
coming from various countries, this awareness will create mutual understanding and help
students to learn things better.
