INTRODUCTION
The business communication refers to process of sharing and distributing the required
information between the people within as well as outside the business (Bannier, Pauls and
Walter, 2019). An effective communication is that when management as well as employees
interact to reach the common goal of the company. The business united university provide
quality of education to its students so that they can achieve their desire goal and career. This
report will evaluate the theories of communication and barriers of communication in the
businessunited. Further it determines the outline of strategies to overcome different barriers.

The communication in any organization can be formal as well as informal type of
communication (Sheffield, 2020). The organization can enhance the performance of employees
by effective communication theories. There are different theories which assist for better
communication within the university.
Adaptive structuration theory(AST): This is one of the efficiency theory of communication.
This help to understand the types of structure which are being give by advance technologies as
well the structure which is emerging in the individual activities. The theory is being used

goals of communication, efficiency and identity. It helps to find out human tendency to adjust as

their activities should. So the meeting of staff and the students are being separated with each
