1. INTRODUCTION
Organisational communication is defined as exchange of ideas, views and information
within as well as outside organisation (Karjaluoto, Ulkuniemi and Mustonen, 2015). This
includes communication in churches, government, academic institutions, agencies and so on.
Presented report is focused on Go Travel company that provide different travelling services at
London and European nations. Such topic is important to Go Travel for improving better
communication at organisation. Main purpose is to improve communication among staff and
individual. This report will covers principles of various forms of communication along with
application of effective communication. It also covers practices of communication of oneself and
others.
2. LITERATURE REVIEW
According to opinion of Killian and McManus, 2015, communication is regarded as
essential part in growth as well as success of business which helps to improve profitability and
productivity of enterprise. For making effective communication in organisation, there should be
use of effective channels and methods to share data and information through speaking and
writing. The using of appropriate communication tool leads to share significant information as
well as message to each and every workforce of organisation. Moreover, it coordinate with all
individual for accomplishment of goal and objectives of business by flowing information from

personality within themselves. The humour should be brought to situation in order to lose up
mood as well as help to convey message and information in clear tone. The manager of Go
Travel should use good sense of humour that assist in making positive relations with work force
