company and between the company. Better communication makes easier for employees,

report is based on business communication. This report covers topics such as challenges and
barriers for effective communication, effective strategies for overcoming communication
barriers. Apart from this it also covers topics such as the importance of cultural awareness in the

management helps to motivate employees by resolving problems. They are working for resolving

Information theory: This theory is based on how information travels by fewest mistakes
from department to department. This refers for the lens of information theory which
refers if the company is fixing its messages it cant be biased. In this theory, it is
necessary for company in order to measure information that it should be accurate. If firms
