1. Providing my strength and weakness with respect to the communication.
Communication plays an important role in every field. Some people are very effective in
communication while some feel hesitate while communicating with other (Bargiela-Chiappini
and Nickerson, 2014). It is not easy to identify the strengths and weaknesses of yours. The term
communication can be refereed as sending and receiving information between two or more
people. Effective communication works as to minimising potential misunderstanding and
overcoming the barriers at each stage in process of communication. It can be categorised into
two categories as oral and written (Lyons, 2017). I have evaluated some of my strengths and
weakness, which I have while communicating with others. My strengths and weaknesses are
listed under -
Strengths
I can write clearly even if the information is complex, written communication is one of
the best things to represent any complex matter attractively and easily.
The written work I produce, accurately reflects my ideas as it helps me to communicates
effectively. Thus, it can be said that it is more dependable and effective than other forms
of communication.
I use proper punctuation marks while written communication, I do it to make
communication effective and impressive.
I can communicate better in written manner as it develops clear understanding, acts as
legal documents, reduction of risk, helps to build confidence, wide access or coverage
etc.
I can speak clearly in one on situation people get understand what I want to convey even
if there is a complex information.
I am comfortable and confident at time of presenting me though in written manner as it
helps me to focus on my own strength.
I have good handwriting which enhance the communication effectiveness. People get
easily understand what is written.

I feel nervous at the time of giving presentation as I cannot express the thing effectively
and this lead to create one barrier to communication.
I am having stage fear and can't present myself in big gathering or the place where there
is a large public. Thus, it cost the valuable time of both the reader and writer.
I feel that at time of written communication I uses to take more time as compare to oral.
I am not that much confident person at time of making decision I take much time to
communicate with the all parties concerned. In this, I am unable to take decision quickly.
Sometimes due to nervousness I start stammering which provide negative impact on my
presentation.
I am bit irresponsible person, so it become quite typical for me to keep all the records of
written communication in secured manner.
I feel hesitate to put my opinion in front of my superiors, this situation arises
misunderstand and that leads to easily verify the information.
As I get nervous I forget everything and get demotivated. Generally, it happens at time of
having understanding problem with subordinates, lack of personal intimacy etc.
Therefore, these are some strengths and weaknesses that I am having with respect to the
communication.
