desired goal in a collaborative manner. In relation to Go Travel, there are some challenges which
company face in their communication process are as follows:
Linguistic barrier: In majority of the organisation, language barrier has been considered
as a major issue as every region has its own language which hinders employees and employers to

undergoes with a challenge of language differences as they manage diverse customer from the
