restrictions, there has been a rapid rise in online shopping, which has become a part of people’s
normal way of life. However, in an internet business, excellent communication is required to
attract customers to spend more money with the company, and here is where Something for
Everyone falls short, as their sales are not as high as they would want to be. As a result, they
chose to construct a new website for the same issue in order to produce a better website for the
company that is efficient in communicating the SFE product to clients.

There are various communication theories are defined by various authors in order to
understand the real meaning of communication and process of communication. In order to
evaluate the communication theories, SMCR model is considered which is undertaken by SFE in
order to develop knowledge about communication in the organisation.

Communication also represents the requirement of person to become a knowledgeable
