Effective business communication is required to carry out the operations of the business
effectively. There are various issues related to communication that an organisation can
encounter. This report will throw light on the problems associated with effective business
communication and the solutions that the company can implement to resolve the issues.

Emails are not communicated between the staff members. This is the main issue which gives rise
to the other problems in the organisation (Gimenez, 2015). The problem that arises out of the
main issue is that the emails are not efficient in expressing the emotions, so now the employees
are using the emails for expressing their anger. They send emails to their anger when they are
discontented by the behaviour of their co-workers (Millot, 2017). The authorities responsible for
solving the problem are the department managers. They can solve the issue by organizing
counselling sessions of the department members so that they can understand the value of e-mails
in the business communication (Hudák, et. al., 2017). The solution will be enacted in each
department of the organisation (Pop & Sim, 2016).
The solution can be enacted in the business when all the employees start sending emails
expressing their anger. This is the situation when the trend needs to be stopped. The solution is
important for the organization so that emails are used for business purpose not for any personal
grudges (Coffelt, et. al., 2016). When the issue of emails will be solved, it will have a positive
impact on the business as then the emails will be sued to convey the relevant business
information rather than to show anger or discontentment.
