INTRODUCTION
In the early year, most of the businessmen were receiving profit with the help of increasing the
sale of their product. For making the good brand image in the market this is important to make
some of the social responsibility and implement some of the business ethics (Amaro, and Duarte,
2015). On the other hand, they try to increase the brand value in the market with the large area so
that more and more customer will attract towards then and they will increase their revenue also.
in the market most of the customer are focusing on the brand image due to this they will
purchase the product and satisfy there need and want (Amaro, and Duarte, 2015). In this research
project, some of the CSR policy was followed and some sustainability is explained in detail with
some of the advantages and challenges that the companies have to face while implementing the
CSR policy (Amaro, and Duarte, 2015). There are many different types of proof are provided
which is based on the decision making of the business for implementing sustainability policy in a
company. On the other hand, some of the different types of the strategy were adopted by the
MSME’s, SMEs at the end of the report conclusion will make and some summary was also given
(Amaro, and Duarte, 2015).

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
This is one of the wide-ranging concepts who make various types of forms who are depended on
the same industry or any company. On the other hand, this is the business model which most of
the company implement this in the ethical form in their organization so that they will gain more
and more benefits (Behrendt et al., 2017). This means also that the companies have to work
positively so that the environment will affect positively. This is the most important for society
and it is equally most important for any company (Behrendt et al., 2017). With the help of CSR,
the relationship between the employee and corporation become stronger. They will also try to
motivate there employees and employers moral value so that they will give their full of efforts
and do their work with full of dedication and sincerity which is very beneficial to the company
(Behrendt et al., 2017).
SUSTAINABILITY
With the help of sustainability, the need for the customer will fulfil by much different activity
without any compromising the need for the upcoming customer.
VARIOUS MODEL OF CSR
There are various types of model in the corporate social responsibility that our economic model,
philanthropic model, social web model and integrative model. Based on the corporate social
responsibility strategy and there some aim and there value these entire model will also know as a
various approach which was accepted by the different companies (Crane et al., 2019). These

With the help of social responsibility, most of the business will gain more profit this statement is
said by Milton Friedman in 1970. On the other hand with the help of this statement the economic
model is based on that (Crane et al., 2019). Most of the businesses are more responsible for the
success the economic responsibility. They will manufacture the goods and services, provide
some employment and generate wealth that can more profit the society (Crane et al., 2019). As

model of corporate social responsibility.
PHILANTHROPIC MODEL
The main responsibility of this model is that they have to give back to the society Example:
charitable donations, staff time on projects. In this, some of the individual or business will
contribute to the welfare of society (Das, and Rangarajan, 2017). The two main reasons the
philanthropic is done in the business are that most of the owner or any small business are
donating for the community services, because of the gaining some profit of the business for the
better reputation and this will also promote some of the promotion for generating the awareness

the market (Das, and Rangarajan, 2017).
Most of the company are helping to the market towards the secretly to make some goods of
people. They try to satisfy the need and wants of the customer. Around 1.6% of total revenue

(Das, and Rangarajan, 2017).
SOCIAL WEB MODEL

to society (Madueño et al., 2016). In this, some of the stakeholders have various power and
impact on the decision than others.
INTEGRATIVE MODEL
With the help of this model those firm that wholly participates economic interest with social
responsibility. The example of the integrative model use in social responsibility is social
entrepreneurship (Madueño et al., 2016). This model is used by the nonprofit organization. The
main motive of the integrative model is that they make some safety for sustainability and
environmental. The best example of the integrative model is TOMS because they try to generate
some of the awareness to their target customer with the help of using many promotional tools
and techniques in their organization so that they will easily increase their revenue (Madueño et
al., 2016). They also sell some pair of footwear to their customer so that there need will satisfy.

et al., 2016). The company adopts the social web model and economic model of the CSR and

With the help of the above study, this was concluded that most of the organization need to
implement the CSR policy in their business operation and most of the consumer is aware of the
company. On the other hand, the company wants to promote their company to generate more
awareness. This is compulsory that every company have to adopt the CSR policy in their
organization. If the company is implementing the CSR policy in there organization then they will
easily maintain the brand image in front of their customer.
There is various type of recommendation like philanthropy will not count as a social
responsibility of the company. Every company has made a good relationship with their employee
so that they will give their best in the organization and most of the time employee will do their
work with full of dedication and sincerity which is very beneficial to the organization. The
company also tries to satisfy customer need and wants by providing them with a better quality of
services. With the help of using a different type of Approaches Company solve all the problems
of the employee. Some of the different types of strategy were adopted by the MSME’s, SMEs at
the end of the report conclusion will make and some summary was also given.
