INTRODUCTION
Communication plays vital role in terms of managing the operations and functions in well
performed manner. Business communication is a concept which execute and communicate
subject to maintain ethical order with in the organisation. This report is prepared to elaborate the
importance of business communication. Models and systems of communications are defined in
this context which helps to define and identify the essential aspects which remain associated with
enlarging the scope and dimensions of communication style in business at next level. Oral
communication and written communication (Kurtz, Draper and Silverman, 2016).

Communication models and systems used in business

Shannon and Weaver: this is considered as a model which is designed to reflect the

communication. This is mainly generated in SMCR model which not only make the
communication path but also phrase the entire process in single thread. The SMCR stands for
Sender – Message – Channel – Receiver.
Barnlund: this is the technique which helps to consolidate the information with the basic
premises in terms of managing the information in such an manner so that the effective
communication be able to achieve in well organised manner. This mainly associated with slightly
more complex. The sender and a receiver remain interconnected in this section and remain
aligned with constructionist view. Communication is mainly determined as information travels to
linked with reciprocally. Another attribute remain associated with building the levels and
