INTRODUCTION
Communication is the best way of transferring the information from one to another.
Circulation of data in an organization plays a significant role, with the help of this, firms can
share detail about products, services and Updation with employees and can make them aware so
that they can coordinate well with the consumers (Bubna-Litic, K. 2014). Purpose of present
report is to identify several business communication methods. It will describe effectiveness of
these tools in order to get optimistic outcome.
MAIN BODY
Business communication is the tool through which firms circulate necessary information
among their staff members. It is reflected that there are many tools that can be used by the
entities (Balakrishnan, V., Liew, T. K. and Pourgholaminejad, S. 2015). These are such as VoIP,
Email, Tele and videoconferencing, social media, phones etc. These all techniques are essential
and help the management in processing the information (Abdelkafi, N. and Täuscher, K. 2014).
I am working in the Toyota as marketing manager, being in the managerial position it is
my responsibility to enhance number of consumers. I used social media tool for business
communication in the cited firm. It was the great experience for me, I used Face book, Twitter
for making coordination with them. People gives quick response on these sites.
Social media sites have given new opportunities to business units and it has opened new
avenues of making conversation for B2B and B2C. Through this medium I became able to
coordinate with mass audience and I have make them aware with new cars and offers of the
company (Glaas, E. and et.al., 2015). That has increased sales volume of the company and
overall profit of the organization has got enhanced to great extent. Through this medium people
are coordinating with Toyota and they are raising their quarries. Being a manager I also resolved
their quarries soon through these sites that has made them loyal towards the brand and they
started giving good reviews on social networking sites. That created positive image of the firm in
front of consumers.

I would defiantly use social media in future as well because by this way I would be able
to develop strong relationship with the consumers and employees. By this way they will be loyal
towards the brand. Thus, employees will perform their duties well and consumers will buy cars
of Toyota defiantly.
Email is another tool of business communication that supports an organization in
circulating the information in the internal workplace and external environment as well (Ion, G.,
Cano, E. and Cabrera, N. 2016). Being a marketing manager I have to make coordination with
the sales executives so that I can make them understand about features of cars and its benefits.
By this way they will be able to convince consumers and that would be better in increasing sales
revenues of the firm. It is reflected by me that through email I have circulated new features of
new cars of Toyota and make them aware with the updates. That has enhanced their knowledge
and they raised their quarries on email. I gave answer of each quarry and made them satisfied.
Apart from this I have also sent emails to my existing clients and send attachment of greetings
with updates of new offers. That was interesting for them and they have taken interest in these

offers. They gave me positive responses on the email. Email has helped me in developing my
relationship with the consumers and it has made them positive towards the brand.
I will defiantly use this tool in future as well because it will give me positive result and I
will be able to contribute well in increasing sales of the Toyota. Apart from this through email
system being a marketing manager I will defiantly fulfill my responsibilities well and I will
perform my work tremendously. Email is effective technique and population gives immediate
response on mails (Panagiotopoulos, P. and et.al., 2016). Vital information of the products and
services can be shared by me with them and this will help me in knowing their taste and
preferences. B this way I would be able to offer them products as per the needs of them.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay it can be articulated that social media and email both are essential
business communication tools. These both can support an entity in circulating good information
among all staff members and consumers. Through this medium firms can develop good
relationship with them and can reduce misunderstanding to great extent.
RECOMMENDATION
I should use social media and internet effectively it will help me in improving communication
with consumers and employees. It will support in performing my job well. I should also phone
