INTRODUCTION
In order to accomplish goals and objectives, business communication play very important
role to deal with several people. With respect to deal with suppliers, clients and other businesses,
effective communication assists to build good relationship among employer and staff. Present
study based on Sport Love which is leisure centre business and concerned due to poor
communication amongst staff. For gaining insight information of the present report, it covers

As per the point of Aimoldina, Zharkynbekova and Akynova, (2017), communication
strategy of the business develop to increased job satisfaction in respect to gain more success.
Furthermore, strategic human resource management is created connection between company and
its strategies, goals and objectives. The main aim of strategic human resource management is
advance flexibility, innovation and competitive advantages. As a result, it develops for purpose
and organisational culture with improvement in business performances. It plays as a vital role in
Sport Love which demonstrated from different activities such as hiring, training and rewarding
among employees. On the other hand, Kernbach, Eppler and Bresciani, (2015) stated that
strategic HR involves for looking different ways of human resources that create direct impact on
company's growth. HR personnel need to adopt approach which develop and retain employees to
meet with long term plans. Principles also set with HR issues that can be difficult hurdle in many
businesses. There are different kinds of components that possess by business owners to make
effective decisions.
Moreover, Aten and Thomas, (2016) generated their views that it is essential to set
internal communication plan. This is because, these communication plans and activities
undertaken in marketing department which connect different parts of HR functions in Sport
Love. It is effective way to increase employee engagement with clear and effective internal
perspective of communication. As a result, it has been shown that internal communication is
critical factor for increasing performances. Any form of strategy is important where audit
conducted and useful to differentiate decisions. However, Lucas and Rawlins, (2015) argued that

identify gaps and explain program in plan to motivate and inspire employees. To help employees
and get several benefits from policies and programs, HR need to focus on strategy to engage
employees and take successful actions. As a result, there are several benefits implemented for
staff members to fully understand to make the best use of them. Employee benefits is important
to set life program and many other work benefits.
In addition to this, Aimoldina, Zharkynbekova and Akynova, (2017) explored their views
that one another purpose of HR director is attaining competencies which assists to explain exact
things with real life examples. Furthermore, there are several challenges occurs to communicate
competencies with effective development of Sport Love. In the chosen business, there are several
competencies such as human resource knowledge, critical thinking skills, ethical approach for
human resource, etc. With the help of critical thinking skills, employees can easily gain effective
results at workplace (HR communication, 2019).
Theme 2 General characteristics that participants must have to be effective listeners and effective
speakers in meetings
According to the views of Rubtsova, Kapustkina and Rasskazov, (2015), workplace
meeting and project reports contain large amount of information which requires understanding
and interpret results. Participants required well developed listening that assists to maximise
effectiveness of the meetings. With the help of several active listening, it is essential to ensure
that project report will gain more effectiveness. Hence, focus on the speaker is one of the
important which is effective characteristic possess by participants. Attention span in small
direction assists to understand important point in the meetings. Attentiveness also need to
manage work with putting creative ideas and opinion. On the other hand, Quirke, (2017) stated
that probing is important characteristic for effective listening which assists to summarise
conversation with several activities which shows engagement in conversation. It indicates to
fully understand and correctly interpret message that is being relayed. With this regard, inquire
closely for something and searching carefully for examining several things.
Furthermore, Cenere, Gill and Lewis, (2015) argued that paraphrasing is another
characteristic that must be possess by listener for individual communication and summarise
conversation in all activities. It shows engagement in conversation which indicate fully

make positive communication with acceptance and empathy. Beside this, Raina and Roebuck,
(2016) generated their views that all speakers must ensure that there are two categories such as
active and passive. Active speakers limit ability to pick and tailored which much harder to find.
Powered speakers also contain important role as active speakers that build and connected directly
to maximise signal source that assists to focus on different components. Most active speaker also
designed for really high and category due to several costs which is expensive for the effective
communication.
In addition to this, Aimoldina, Zharkynbekova and Akynova, (2017) argued that passive

Theme 3 Own strengths and weaknesses in term of communicating orally and writing in business
context
In order to create effective communication, it can be stated that poor workplace
communication damaging relationship and overall productivity. With the help of strong
communication, I can easily provide accurate information to understand and make use of it. Due
to weak communication, failure results will be occur that consider message and its medium
(Lucas and Rawlins, 2015). I had selected appropriate audience for message that can be tricky.
With the help of information concern, there are six people contributes overloaded mailboxes.
Opinion from everybody got message which consider meeting, conference call and email.

and goals which would be beneficial to attain positive performances. Within the daily life, we are
constantly communicating with several numbers of people. Therefore, verbal communication,
non-verbal communication and technology consider positive strength which determine common
ground with targeted audience. In order to communicate with peers, I am grateful and tend to
listen more which significant create impact on personal stories. It shows my experience in the
topic to add important information in conversation (Cardon and Marshall, 2015). With the help
of professional qualities I can robust knowledge to solve issues and problems in effective
manner. Strategic and confident helps to develop more significant advantages to gain in-depth
knowledge and responsible for leadership traits. Consistently delivery of results determines
success which sees with completion to drive change and forward. Creative approach to solve
problems make desired level of results with solution. There are several areas in which people
skills shows as strength in term of open and honest, warm and friendly approach increases
consider as good listening skills. Ability to connect with different personalities show openness
with easy going and concern for others as caring attitude (Kernbach, Eppler and Bresciani,
2015).

From the above report, it can be summarised that accomplish goals and objectives in
Sport Love with effective communication strategy. In this regard, it can be stated that there are
several principles and purposes must be accomplish that assists to develop more significant
advantages. Furthermore, it concluded about general characteristic of participants for effective
listeners and speakers in the business. At last, discussion shows own strength and weaknesses in
