INTRODUCTION
Effective communication can be referred as communication between
two or more persons in such a way that an intended message is
successfully delivered and properly understood. Communication is
said to be effective when all the parties involved in the communication
understand the message in the same sense in which it has to be
understood.
Challenges and barriers of effective communication
As Mr Fishy is having diverse workplace where employees are from
different cultures, different age groups and different background so,
there could be various challenges and barriers of effective
communication which are as follows:
Cultural differences: Employees with different in culture has
different norms of social interaction which also result in the difference
in their emotions can be an barrier to effective communication.
Linguistic barrier: It is considered as one of the major barrier of
effective communicator as it limits the effective communication, as
some regions have their own language and linguistic skills which may
not be understood by others.
Emotional barriers: In an organisation emotional IQ may vary from
employee to employee, emotions like anger, humour, frustration etc.
