In organization cooperate communication is
playing an essential role. The company have to
use an effective communication process through
which they can maintain strong relationship with
their customers as well as employees.
Types of communication
Corporate communication is activity which is
generated by company, institute, body for its public in
order to achieve their planned objectives. Cooperate
communication are of two types which can be used
Mark and Spencer internal and external. Internal
includes employee’s stakeholders i.e. shares and
stockholders.
Responsibilities
Monitoring responses from audience and markets.
Managing issues and responding to crisis situation.
They have to coordinate with international business
firms.
Formulate and execute effective procedure in order
to facilitate decision making for concerning
communication.
External includes agencies, media, general
public, educational institutes and many more.
Cited company will attain their objectives if
there they are using proper communication
strategies. In internal communication they have
to conduct regular meeting with their employees.
Along with this they have to satisfy their
