The purpose of this essay is to discuss the business communication process that most of the
reputed organizations in the world follow. The concerns for business communication has
been growing with time as most of the organizations are expanding in the different markets of
the world.
This topic is important because starting from the brand management, marketing,
customer relations, advertising, maintaining consumer behaviour, public relations, employee
engagement to interpersonal communication, in every aspect, the utility of business
communication is growing.
The research question for this essay is how proper communication process in business
can positively impact on the human resource. In order to answer this research question, the
articles of Coffelt, Baker and Corey (2016), Cardon and Marshall (2015), and book of
Andrews (2017) can be used.

use social networking tools for the team communication, effectiveness of these social
networking tools in the team communication process and finally the attitude towards the use
of social communication at the time of team communication. The results of this study has

generation x and generation y employees. However, it is clear from the surveys that the
business leaders are showing interest for using these social networking tools for the business
communication in the workplace. Finally, the article concludes with the prospect of spreading
business communication through enterprise social networking platforms.
