INTORDUCTION
Communication is considered as a process that is used for interacting one and other
person with the help of verbal or non-verbal method. Further, this process help a business entity
in maintaining a good relation with other companies as well so that they can agree with the
agreement that can give maximum profits in terms of both the firms (Kurtz, Draper and
Silverman, 2016). In this report, the researcher will discuss about the different kind of
communication model that can assist company in maintaining a better understanding. Other than
this, various types of communication theories are also explained so as to make the entire process
of interaction more effective. Lastly, types of communication with the help of writing is
mentioned for example: CV, mails and letter writing.

Oral communication is considered as one of the basic method for communication with
one another. This is done with the help of exchange of words that are understandable in a better
manner (Certo, 2018). It is a method that is used in meetings, seminars, conferences etc., further
below a conversation is mentioned below in order to understand it in a better manner.
Interviewer as a customer: What kind of a service your company has provided I am very
disappointed with this.
I as a Sales persons: I am sorry for the inconvenience happened to you give me some
time I will find a better solution for the same.
Customer: what for the next time, I will not purchase any kind of products form your
company.
Sales person: Sir, I know that we have created a mistake actually the reason behind this is
that all the data of delivering was misplaced and mixed with one another so, our
delivering process gets hampered.
Customers: Whatever I don't care.
