Advantages of informal communication:
1. Providing recommendations: Colleagues feel free to provide
ideas to management level and suggest them new procedures
and work methods.
2. Emotional Relief: Formal communication fails to remove
emotional relief from employees mind. Thus, informal method
is a measure so that emotional understanding can be
generated.
3. Improving Relation: Harmonious relationships can be
