INTRODUCTION
Communication is a process of sharing information between two or more people in order
to fulfil the specific purpose. When communication occurs across the national boundaries of a
country then it is known as intentional communication. Need of this type of communication is
arising due to increasing effects of globalisation. This type of communication is also known as
global communication. Increasing number of globalised market, increase the demand of
employees who have the ability to communicate effectively across cultures. Concept of internal
business communication is detailed in this report. Evaluation of different skills and its
importance in relation with the networking is also explained here. Different theories of
international communication and various aspects which should be known about every British
person in order to increase the effectiveness of communication are also mentioned.

Business culture include the behaviour, values, norms, beliefs and behaviour of an
individual that how members of staff of a business organisation deals with the clients and
customers. This is one of the main and effecting element of every business and this largely affect
the strategic direction of a business. I want to start business in UK but I have no knowledge
about the international business culture. The business culture of UK is very different form the
business culture of my country. So for start the business activities there it is very necessary for
me to first understand about the culture of business exist there and about the etiquettes. By doing
this I can effectively execute all my business activities there. For this I need to collect
information regarding the rules, regulation, values, norms, language, code of conduct and dress
code of that country. Culture of every organisation and country differs from each other. As per
the change in culture form my country with the UK so it is my responsibility to understand about
the factors of that culture. For this , I need to make some social contacts with the local people
living there as well as with different firms also. For effectively execute all the activities of
business it is very necessary to first understand about the culture. Main differences in the culture
of my country with the culture of UK can be understood by the following points:
In my country during the time of business meetings, session of brain storming take place
in order to solve a specific issues. But in UK Individuals are very clear and straight

in United kingdom the behaviour of people is more calm. Placement companies are more
in UK which is very beneficial for the students.
People of United kingdom are more friendly in nature and they easily interact with the
stranger people. But in my country people do not easily interact with new people.
Along with this there are large number of business differences in my country as compared with
the business culture of UK. It is very necessary for every enterprises to adopt a good business
culture. If the culture of business is acceptable by workers and members of society than this
enhance the goodwill of enterprise. Along with this this encourage a healthy working
environment and employees do the work without having any issue. In this way, business
performance and productivity of workers can also increased. So before staring business activities
in another country it is very necessary to known about the beliefs and culture of that country or
nation. In this case it is my responsibility to have a knowledge about the rules and norms of that
society. This will help me formulating the effective policies and strategies regarding that
country.

an individual should have the skills to communicate with large number of people. As this
