The objective of the study is to investigate the digital communication software used by the
company and effects of this on overall functioning of the organization.. The information is
gathered through secondary approach that is data is collected through previous journals. The
findings describe that slack software save the time and cost by reducing the errors in the
organization. The analysis demonstrates that slack software also increase team work among the
employees, it is because it includes various features such as group chat, notifications as well as
alert. The study also has some limitation which includes that this research does not provide
information about the degree of impact slack software has on organization.

purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between slack software and productivity of the
organization. The data gathering was done through primary that is information collected from
taking the interview from the respondents. The investigation describes that slack software reduce
misunderstanding and increase the efficiency of the organization to provide effective results.
Researcher also describes that slack software leads easiness due to finding efficiency in
transferring the information from one place to another because of having the feature of direct text
messaging. Researchers also describe that slack software help the organization to integrate with
several third-party services which include Google Drive as well as Dropbox. Therefore
organization also connects all the employees of workplace by using slack voice and video calls.

article is also relevant for the study because it provides the information about development of
organization because of slack software. This also helps the organization to involve all the
employees due to increase communication at faster speed. The limitation of research is does not
give accurate data about the benefits of slack software.
