INTRODUCTION
Effective communication skills is the fundamental to success in many aspects of business
life. Communication is the process of passing the information from one person to another.
Important is that, medium of communication and listener and speaker should also be at good
level that helps to achieve the purpose of communication. Present study is exactly based on
effective communication between staff members of Sport Love which is a independent London
sports and leisure centre business was concerned about poor communication amongst the staff.
Report will find out the ways to remove the communication issues between management
and staff of Sport Love, that helps to keep maintained the positive impact on the customer
experience. Study will be explaining effective communication principles that helps in making
productive communication strategy and also discussing about general characteristics of effective
listener or speakers.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme 1: Explaining the principles and purpose that HR director would need to consider
As per the Brink and Costigan, (2015) communication strategy is a business tool that
helps keep the business goals alive and set effective business targets. Impelling communication
is only possible when effective listener and effective speaker has involved in the process. Sport
Love HR director needs to considered some productive communication principles that may help
him to make better communication strategy for its business growth.
As per the Darics ed., (2015) Business needs to enhance the staff motivation by making
effective communication process with them. This helps to know their emotions and morale
towards company. HR director of Sport Love, needs implement some new communication
strategies with the help of communication principles which must be productive for employees

Principle of informality is the another principle of communication that helps in making
communication strategies for the Sport Love. That refers to formal communication which is
generally necessary for transmitting the message or content. Sport Love should use formal
communication process to get the feedback from employees towards the policies made by
company. Sport Love also need to discuss policies with other staff members to maintained the
communication channel with them. This must be the another strategy of communication to keep
flow of information and better working environment.

the management and new target market. That affect the business growth and new emerging
market growth. Principles of Consistency helps to remove all those communication threats
within the business. HR director needs to make the effective alternative goals and objectives.
Principles of Timeliness is the another principle of done at proper time so that it helps in
implementing the plans. Every project or process has some certain starting and finishing date in
order to meet out the best productive outcomes and goals. Due to inadequate information of the
employees get affect the ineffectiveness of communication purpose.

speakers.
As per the Henderson, Cheney and Weaver, (2015) effective listener should always have
ability to focused of attention. That helps to listen the content in an more appropriate manner.
Listener should always needs to make more effective and long lasting it is the long lasting
process in order to meet out the best growing performance. Apart from that, it also affect the

According to my self analysation process I got to know that I have potential to speak well
or at the same point I am a good listener too. I have good skills to make whole process more
effective and influencing. In order to build up the good strength. I have a good written as well as
verbal communication skills. On the basis of my personal observation I have a good quality of
communicating any message to others in order to full fill the best outcome results and growth.
Apart from that, it also helps to make the effective communication to full fill the better target
opportunity and goals. Another strength of my is I am a good listener that helps to grab new
things through I can make new ideas and thoughts for my upcoming development growth. I make
notes whenever I learned something new that helps me to remember those things in long term
manner (Lucas and Rawlins, 2015). That helps me to enhance my written skills and knowledge
in long term manner. As per my own observation, I have one weakness of stammering which is
also called speech disorder. That makes my little bit unconscious
ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION
As per the above discussion and analysation process, it has been found out that. Effective
communication is the best way to create some new thoughts and ideas for business development
process. It helps to keep the management of the company more effective. That reflects the good
customer experiences process in within the business development process and goals.
I has been found out from the study that communication process must having active
participants weather it is speaker and listener (Mazzei and Ravazzani, 2015). That makes process
more effective and productive for the better outcomes. It also helps to make the good working

environment in order to meet out the best productive outcome goals in an more appropriate
manner (Tang, Gallagher and Bie, 2015). Apart from that, it also affect the effective learning
outcomes for me to upgrade in a more proper manner. I have strength of making good decision
making process once I go through the meetings and understand the purpose of the task. It helps
to me to make good friends and keeping good communication level with my colleagues. Overall,
study explained about the characteristics of effective listener or speaker that is very much
essential in participants of the Sport Love (Pearson, 2017). As per the discussion, also found out
that, for making effective communication strategy Sport Love should need to considered
effective communication principles that helps to full fill the HR director purposes or goals.
Besides, HR director of the Sport Love also needs to enhance the compatibility level of
participants in order to make the effective communication channel and remove all possible
conflicts.
Through out this study or analysation I also found out that, I have learned that,
communication is the most essential tool or way to pass the information to others. I am also a
good leader in which communication helps me to lead or to keep healthy relationship with my
clients. Overall, I also have good potential in oral communication that helps me to remove client
queries weather in written or oral form (Rubtsova and et.al., 2015). Overall process of
effectiveness throughout this study helps company to make healthy relationship with clients or
enhancing customer experience.
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion it has been concluded that, effective communication is the
best process to make happy and healthy environment of within the workforce. Study discussed
about the principles and purposes of HR director in order to make the best productive strategy of
communication. Report explained the importance of listener and speaker that plays a important
role within the business environment. Overall study concluded about the effectiveness of
communication between management and staff.
