1. Introduction

Communication can be said the lifeblood of any business. It has its own importance in all

situations, for example In a country, in an organization, in a society, In a religion and in a family

cultural also. The secret behind any successful organization is many time goes to the

communication process. In this Era the globalization has taken place. Globalization means to

integrate the country's economy with world economy, so what is most business the

organizations have need for effective communication across the country. It is not possible that

every organization can use the modern techniques very early, so they have to cultivate good

and effective relationships in the organization. It is interesting to tell you about that today there

are many MNC's which organizing special program and training the employees regarding the

communication process. Effective communication increases the efficiency of employees and

creates a Motivational part for the production of new things. In this report we studied about

two Australian companies Info clean and STM Building Services
(the communication process ,
2016)

1.1 Meaning of Communication

The clear meaning of communicate is ‘to share '. According to dictionary the communication

refers to the transfer of message to others. With the help of communication we can share our

ideas, thinking and mind views. But for a good communication the good mediator should be in

a proper channel. In communication process speaking is not alone enough, but listening also

important for a good communication system. Communication occurs in three ways:

Visual
Verbal
Nonverbal (state, 2016).
1.2 Effective Communication

Effective communication helps the business to stable at correct place.

The image of an enterprise can mostly dependent on its efficiency of effective communication

with consumer and with producer. Sound relationships can be obtained with the help of

effective communication between employees and their Boss. In the environment of this rivalry

in the organization the atmosphere of friendliness is created by effective communication. So

effective communication helps in standing and producing the commercial products in an

efficient way. Effective communication helps the consumer to buy a new and affordable

product and on the other hand, it will also help to a worker in good working conditions.

1.3 About Info clean company

Info clean is an Australian company, which is situated in Sydney. It is headquartered at Surry

New South Wales. Its estimated revenue is $8.4 Million per annum. It’s a private independent

company. The punch line of infoclean is ''Better Commercial Cleaning''. The company deals in

safe working methods of cleanliness and new techniques of cleanliness. The employees working

in the company continually from 5 years. Infoclean is managed by Maicolinfante .Maicol has a

dynamic command on the company. He dutiful and loyal to his customers and as well as his

staff.Infoclean having the experience of 10 years in its service.This company is dealing with

*Industrial cleaning
*Shop and retail cleaning
*Banks and financial institutions cleaning

The managing director of STM Building Services is Mukti Roka. The company stresses on

improving the environment of the business. It is also an Australian company. The company is

always emphasis on client's need and their objectives. STM building services is specialized in

cleaning services. It helps the business in improving the environment. It helps to solve the

problems regarding contaminates, environmental variance and health problems. It deals in:

*Building cleaning
*Commercial cleaning
*Health care facility cleaning
*Maintenance cleaning (stmbuildingservices, 2015)
1.5 Aim of the report

Without the aim of report, it is not considered complete. The aims of the report are as

following:

*Creating awareness among the people regarding communication
*Clearing the concept of effective communication
*Impact of good communication system by comparative analysis
*Discussion about the essential requirements of effective communication.
*Explanation about the reasons of why communication increases the company's image
and why communication decreases or damages the company's image.

The scope of this record is written as follows:

Part of human life: Every human is dependent on communication for exchanging views
and ideas from morning to evening. No one can survive in his life without the

practicability of communication. Everyone has needed to exchange his thoughts and

plans.

Need in society: Man is a social animal. So he lives in society.During his life and Society
he has to share many of his sorrows and enjoy full moments with his friends colleagues

and relatives. So we can see communication assistance in social binding.

Necessity in state affairs: In the absence of communication a state cannot be
established. There are many divisions, district officers institutions and they have to

performed their own activities. The state government can control the functioning of the

States by using different methods and ways of communication. With the help of

communication this big world comes to a small village.

Assisting the business Enterprises: Secret and essential information regarding the
business policies and procedures can only be formulated with the help of proper

channel of communication. Effective communication is truly related to every aspect of

business like service purchase and sale distribution system and exchanging system.

Helpful in motivation: A good communication always helps in motivating the workers
and getsthe manager work done. With the help of proper channel of communication an

organization can achieve its objective and Expectations by bringing the clear-cut idea to

their employees.

Powerful control: Communication helps the organization to keep a watch over the
workers and employees. The clear cut objective with effective communication helps the

employees to reach their target.

communication is a quintessential step, especially for small business. “Target communication”

is the way of determining the suitable audience and ensuring that the company’s message

reaches audience so as to boost the sales, enhancing the brand equity, and minimize wasteful

efforts. Organizations have begun tailoring their message with reference to both target

audience and business. The paper highlights the changing canvas of media of marketing. In the

late 90s, the use of Internet was started in advertising. It reduces the use of traditional

marketing tools, such as television, print, outdoor, and radio.

shifting their funds into them. For instance, in 2006, Procter & Gamble spent nearly $3.5 billion

over ‘measured’ advertising (Winer, 2012). The paper highlighted that nowadays, marketers are

more into behavioral targeting i.e., development of personalized messages based on day-to-day

activities. There are many ways of communication, namely TV, print, radio, outdoor. In the

discussion, the two main characteristics of modern media are given i.e., digitalization and

interactivity. The paper has bifurcated the modern ways of communication into three groups:

intrusive, non-intrusive, and user-generated. In intrusive media, the target is to interrupt the

customers through advertising. Examples of this type of media are: Internet advertising,

product placement in Advergames, and m-commerce.

Non-intrusive media is that type of communication where the customer chooses to get the

advertisements. Example: Social networking sites, podcasting, viral marketing, etc. User-

generated media are those where the customer intentionally develop the communication.

stronger than SM Building services. Infoclean is widely present in the social media while SM

Building services are negligibly present in this platform. STM Building services is focusing more

on traditional media of advertisement such as newspapers, journals etc and lacks in the social

media communication. Infoclean is approaching its customers directly via emails, online surveys

etc. and the majority of the customer is converted into business clients by these cost saving and

more effective communication techniques. Infoclean has significantly gained by this method.

2.1 Nature of communication:

Any action always based on communication. Communication helps in an organization for an

activity. Every plan is facilitated by effective communication. So we can say communication is

too much essential for planning. Communication helps in coordinating the attempts of all

people means teamwork in the organization.

2.2 Concept of communication

The concepts of communication are given as under:

Attention: The message of communication is so constructed that it should attract the
listener and ensures the action. Ability of a manager to draw the attention of his

employee that what he is telling.

Communication network: Proper channel is essential for communication process.
Indefinite network is constructed by the manager’s .In an organization this network

helps a lot for communication. The effectiveness of communication is dependent on the

sources of proper network.

Feedback: Always care for the response which is given by the receiver. Feedback is
essential part of the communication. Feedback is important in written communication

as well as in oral communication also.

Economical: The Vague and unnecessary things are increase the cost of the
communication system. The selection of communication medium or sources or channel

should be efficient and accurate.

Integrity: The concept of integrity tells that with the help of communication effort of an
organization always integrated.

Adequate and consistent: The message of the communication should be informative
and complete. Inadequate and fake message always create a confusion and inefficiency

in the organization.

Understandable: It means that the communicator should use a language which is
understandable by all type of persons. Unclear message always create confusion among

the workers

Theories helps us to understand the experiences of communication, study the behavior of

communication, all situations of communication and the channels of communication.

has to considered many steps and process. So this theory gives us many models.

Cognitive dissonance theory: This theory claims that a human brain have power to
avoid many Tensions and disorders by using various methods of happiness.

Gatekeeping theory: According to this theory, the communication process take place
with the help of gatekeeper .So gatekeeper can decide that what message should be

conveyed to group and what message should not .so the gate gatekeeper should reduce

the insensible and unwanted messages.

Cultural identity theory: Communication helps us to introducing the new culture and
customs.

Modernization theory: This theory tells that communication always developed the
economic and socialistic system of an economy .So the changing various and changing

thinking system for modernization of the countries

3.1Effective communication in Infoclean

Fine language: The Company always used a fine and clear language, which is
understandable by all persons.

Good behavior: It is noticed that workers and employees always shows a good
relationship between them. Seniors are not dominating the juniors.

Accurate form of Hierarchy: The process of communication in the management
hierarchy is very comfortable. There is no personal biasness in the communication

process.

Style of presentations: Presentation styles in the meeting are very attractive. It make
easy to follow the message very clearly.

Personal values: The company is very careful about the personal attitudes and moral
values of a person. So it make communication very easy and convenient.

So these are the reason, why communication is very effective and working in the infoclean

company

Response:Record shows that communication in this company is hindered by undesirable
reactions and negative response.

Absence of feedback: There is no feedback in the employees and seniors.

is conveyed conveniently.

An understandable language helps the communication a lot to act upon.
The employees follow the concise message very soon so this will increase the working
efficiency of the workers.

In the oral communication the eye contact plays an important role. It will increase the
moral of the employees.

A good listener is essential part of the communication .This would create better
understanding and relationship between the employees and their seniors .So it will

helpful for a business for high profitability

5. Why communication is damage the image of company.(STM Building

Services)

Company with Communications can make wrong order which may discourage the
customers. This miscommunication can result into legal problems.

Inefficient communication in ordering and demanding will decrease the sale and
production of the company.

Improper communication with the tax advisor may also increase tax liability of the
company which may cause damages to the organization.

Sometimes the rumors which are also a part of communication can reduce the image of
the company

Thus it is concluded that the communication process should be clear and concise. It can form a

serious hindrance in the activities of the business of a company. So necessary efforts can be

made to solve the problem of communication .In the absence of effective communication it will

affect the company as a whole. Manybusiness are damaged by improper communication .In this

report we can see the difference between STM building services and info clean company.

Infoclean company had got this reward due to the effective communication and touches the
