Physical barriers- Brit-tech is facing physical
barriers after calling their employees back to office
for 2 days. The physical barriers which have been
faced by the employees of the company are that they
are hesitating to use public transport and travel at
such times due to the fear of catching COVID.
Emotional barriers- The emotional barriers which
has been faced by Brit-tech is that employees feel
more comfortable on working according to their
schedule which is making them less interested to join
office again (Guffey and Loewy, 2021). Employees
feel they are more productive while working from
home which has been a challenge for the company to
get their employees to work in office.
Organizational structure barriers- The lack of
social distancing and poor ventilation has bene
another challenge which has been faced by Brit-
tech which affects employee interest in working
from office. As there are various measures
which must be followed while working from
office, employees do not feel safe and is less
convincing for them to join office.
Perceptual barriers- As some employees are not
vaccinated, they have fear of facing discrimination in
workplace which can also affect their understanding
and communication with others while working in
office. Such factors can create a negative impact on
the employee performance and interest in the
organization.
Interpersonal barriers- Due to working for home
for such long period, employees they have poor
interpersonal skills and such factors are shaking

which will positively enhance their performance and interest in working from
office.
Maintaining social distancing- Through maintaining social distancing and
by ensuring that all employees are following the safety measures will be
helpful in avoiding and overcoming challenges of poor organizational
structure. Therefore, it will ensure employees to work back from office and
will also enhance their performance and productivity at workplace.
