communicational theories which the organisation can use such as;
1

Theory of Bureaucracy- It is a communicational theory which is given by the German
sociologist “Max Weber”. According to the sociologist, this theory of communication is
use in that organisation in which there is a formal structure, as it is use in the manner of
hierarchical approach in which all the organisational member are bound to give report to
their above member and so on, until the report get reach at the top command (Felten, and
Lambert, 2020). Its an assumption of the theorists that, the ideal organisation should have
an impersonal structure and a clear crystal rules which not only controls the emotions of
the employee's which, force them to react irrationally but, also it protect the members
who are lower in the hierarchy structure from the upper member who misuse their power.
The background of this theory is from Classical School, it is beneficial for the
organisational communication because of its effectiveness in controlling the worker's,
force all the members to follow the chain of command.
Acceptance theory- This theory was suggested in the book of “Chester Barnard” in 1938
name as “ The function of the executive”. This theory suggested that, all the executives
would merely connected with the communication system. This theory came to the
organisational communication from the Human relations School. This theory is very
important to organisational communication because it not only make the member;s of the
organisation familiar with the effective method of communication but, also it shows the
importance of formal methods of communication which connect all the organizational
member's, with every individual in the organisation (Krämer, 2018). According to this
theory, the communication should be direct and it will be short as possible to increase the
speed of communication and to remove the difficulties which can enter in the
organisation by miscommunication.
General System Theory- This theory was given by Ludwig Von Bertalanffly. This
theory demands the divided organisational structure in various department which, are
inter-related to each other. This theory was came to the organisational communication
from the Systems Schools. It is important for the organisational communication not only
because it remarks the importance of feedback in any communication but also it influence
the researcher to think outside organisation entities fro better method of communication.
The Speech-Act Theory- This theory was originated by British Philosopher “John

coordinate the efforts with the help of communication. This theory came to organisational
communication from the Constructive Paradigm (Nicholls, 2018). It is important to
