through different ways. In business organisation it plays very important role as it helps to deliver
goals and policies within their structure. This project report includes different theories and

INTRODUCTION
Communication is a key element for individual, group and businesses to share or
exchange ideas between each others. Business communication helps to operate in environment
and contributes in maintaining performance of organisation. The purpose of making this report is
to analyse importance of communication and their barriers within a organisation.
Communication also leads in increasing efficiency of individual or group to perform a particular
task. Having good communication channels is better for every organisation as it helps them to
maintain teamwork and coordination among employees. The goals, plans and strategies have to
be communicated in business environment.
The report is highlighting general theories of organisational communication and their use
in context to communication. The barriers that discourages students from studying abroad also
covers under this report. It also includes strategies that have to be implemented to overcome
