Business communication refers to the process of information sharing among the
individuals internally and externally in the organization. Effectiveness of business
communication is how workers and management interact with each other for achieving
company's goals and objectives. Its main purpose is for enhancing companies practices and
reduction of errors. All the activities depends on the process of business communication.
Company's are large these days and there are various level and hierarchy and large number of
employees,here business communication plays a important role for directing and controlling the
employees in the company. Company's manager look after the activities and help employees for
carrying the productivity phases. Business executive also manage and train new employees and
helps business for reaching its business operations and financial motives.

Background
In the covid pandemic all the companies have found out different methods for
communicating with the users. Organizations can use telecalling,telemarketing with emails
mode,social media and third party operations for video conferencing .Communication can be
verbal,written and electronic like messages,emails,telephonic calls,teleconference,voice mail and
hand written notes. Because of this communications it can have various effect than old face to
face meetings(Bannier, Pauls and Walter, 2019). It is important for the person for implementing
this in the company strategy,advices and trainings because they are permanent,recorded and
found simply. There is no issue in the communication form whether in the present chronic covid
pandemic state of affairs or not. The suggestions of communication are not for specific order of
effects of specification and can be applied in different conditions. Human beings are altering the
living way in the time when the development is stopped and survival is in danger. To very
precise it is a revolution rather a modifications. It has reasoned that personal meetings are the
best way of communication(Blewitt, Parson and Shane, 2018). The better way of the company
was for meeting earlier but due to this pandemic is not possible for meeting individuals

relation among market orientation,loyalty of consumers and performance of business with the
handling and execution of assignment related info and many others. The more efficiently
executives communicates with employees the organization is more successful. Good business
executive influences the employees by effectively communicating(Dwyer and Hopwood, 2019).

workers and employees are bind to follow. It makes the structure of the company very
comfortable for employees. Executive uses different approaches for communicating
