The original post is quite comprehensive because researchers describe the overall
meaning of the external business communication in the organization. In this researchers
demonstrate that communication is the efficient mode of exchanging the information to one
person to other and leads in maintaining better relationship with the investors, shareholders etc
(Luftman, Lyytinen, & Zvi, 2017). It is demonstrate that in Australia external business

structure, aspect and structure of the business communication. Researchers also provide
complete information regarding the characteristics f the external business communication which
includes that it leads proactive participation because of maintaining conciseness and relevancy in

The post revealed that it also has several other features such as consideration business
communication focuses and take opinions and ideas of both sender and receiver. Clearness and

Introduction
Communication pattern is considered the structure through which flow of communication
is done in efficient manner in the organization (Castelló & Lozano, 2011). In this concept the
organization connect the team members with the organizational structure and culture. This also
solves the problem of duplication of work in the business (Luftman, Lyytinen, & Zvi, 2017). In
this report the effectiveness of communication pattern and its application in future is discussed.
Major points and application of knowledge in future
The communication pattern is highly effective because it is highly structured and
supports the organization to maintain clarity (Castelló & Lozano, 2011).
It supports the organization to manage proper and accurate chain of command.
This reduces the cost because it helps the business to make action rapidly and in an
efficient manner (Fashiku, 2016).
I can apply this knowledge in business environment because of solving the problem
regarding the specific issue by following the hierarchy so that discipline in maintained and rapid
decision making will be done. I can also apply this knowledge while communicating regarding
the subject matter in university so that no miscommunication will be done.
Application of knowledge in professional development
I can also apply this knowledge by following the wheel network to communicate direct
with the professor regarding the subject matter. So that this can increase my communication and
intellectual skills because of thinking in-depth regarding the subject matter.
Conclusion
From the above, it is concluded that communication pattern leads in maintaining coordination
and support the organization to increase the profitability because of increasing the decision
making process in the organization. Therefore, it is highly effective because of managing the
