Introduction
Business communication known as a procedure where data and information can be shared among
persons inside and outside the workplace. It can be said that in a long term business
organisation,best communication is necessary by the team of management so that organisation
can achieve their decided objectives and goals with in given time period. Through this all
employees and workers of the organisation work more effectively so that management team will
be able to reduce the problem and enhance the profit level of company (Al-Dah, 2019). The
important aim of this report is to raise business communication and to know how sustainable
approach will be related with the strategies and the management. This report is also consist that
how these policies and strategies ethically accepted by the members. There are two parts in
report , in first part it covers meaning of sustainable approaches, explanation of approaches to
business strategies and management with example,different approaches of CSR, and how to
measure success in the CSR strategies. In the second part there is reflection on the sustainable
approaches.

term approach which support a business or company to maintain the sustainability in the present
competitive market. It creates long term value for business and shows that how to operates
social, ecological, and economic environment with the present sources of an organisation. It is
built on the basis of assumptions which helps to develop the strategies for business longevity
and profitability. Sustainable approaches are related with social, environmental and economical
limitations, which effect the business directly and indirectly. It is very important for each and
every business to maintain sustainability, this will ensures that its impact upon society and
environment is either positive or neutral (Chapple and Moon, 2007). Sustainable approaches are
a medium to support the modification and alteration to a sustainable organisation from an
unsustainable organisation. It is an approach which is used by SME ( small to medium size

Reflective report
At the time I was doing this assessment I was very confident and planned that how I will
perform this task. This assignment helps me in identifying various CSR strategies that helps in
building reputation and goodwill of the company. This can be completed by suing secondary
data and reading various articles available on the internet. As I am good at communication skills,

this helps me presenting m,y information in the classroom. While doing this assignment I
developed various employability skills that would help me getting job position in the
organisation. The most important skill which is developed is time management skill. This helps
me enhancing business strategy planning (Poret, 2014). This skill is important to develop. Also, I
developed how I can work in a team and get better results. I have taken a help of my teachers and
mentor in completing this assignment. I have used VARK and Belbin model to analyse my
personal and professional skills. Learning styles are defined as the various learning approaches
and way of living. These can be considered as the learning of behaviours, attitudes and set of
factors for the person. It is noticed that every person is different in terms of cognitive styles,
aptitudes, personality types and learning preferences etc. The VARK involves four modalities
these are visual, Aural or auditory, read or write and last Kinesthetic. These are used for learning
information. These are discuss below:
Visual: This involves the use of pictorial information while working on a project. I have
make use of Graphs, charts, statistics data and labelled diagrams to provide the
information (Wiig and Kolstad, 2010). As it will helps in knowing what are the
importance of CSR in making success of the company.
Aural or auditory: According to this auditory, information is given on basis of listening
or spoken language. I am good at listening skills so I have heard the information which
teachers has provided.
Read or write: This is basically is a displaying of words through written or reading the
information. I have maintain a organised report which is a reflection of my hard work and
I have added all the information relating to the CSR importance in the assignment.
Kinesthetic: This is last modality which focuses on the use of experiences and practise. It
involves make use of case studies, simulations, practise and role plays etc (Sharp and
Zaidman, 2010). I have used a video graph and case studies to make report more effective
and easily readable to the teachers.
I have rated myself high in all the perspective of VARK model in my assignment and overall
presentation of my report is very good. I have fulfilled my expectations in this assignment. And
worked very hard to make this report.
Then next is Gibbs model which is the reflection of the analysis of skills and abilities of
the person. This reflection cycle is needed for the identification of skills what are used for doing
developed various employability skills that would help me getting job position in the

Visual: This involves the use of pictorial information while working on a project. I have
make use of Graphs, charts, statistics data and labelled diagrams to provide the
information (Wiig and Kolstad, 2010). As it will helps in knowing what are the
importance of CSR in making success of the company.
Aural or auditory: According to this auditory, information is given on basis of listening
or spoken language. I am good at listening skills so I have heard the information which
teachers has provided.
Read or write: This is basically is a displaying of words through written or reading the
information. I have maintain a organised report which is a reflection of my hard work and
I have added all the information relating to the CSR importance in the assignment.
Kinesthetic: This is last modality which focuses on the use of experiences and practise. It
involves make use of case studies, simulations, practise and role plays etc (Sharp and
Zaidman, 2010). I have used a video graph and case studies to make report more effective
and easily readable to the teachers.
I have rated myself high in all the perspective of VARK model in my assignment and overall
presentation of my report is very good. I have fulfilled my expectations in this assignment. And

their employees to get correct knowledge in concern of the complete scene and perform too
