Communication of business can be defined as it is a kind of process where information
has been shared between people within and outside the company. Communication of business
has been done into effective way into such a manner that how management and employees
interact for reaching towards the goals of organisation. Business communication is important
because without proper communication it is difficult to overcome these barriers into result

the tickets etc. The report basically consist of barriers which prevents people from booking
holiday abroad and the general theories of organisational communication. The report also consist
of strategies that agency of travel has implemented to overcome the barriers.

the extension of theory of Weber which is applied to the organisation which are moving
very fast about the bureaucratic mode which are totally amorphous. It has been observed
that there are basically four types of control that determines that in which manner the

bureaucratic and concretive as well. According to the organisational progression, there
