make them understand. It plays significant role in the accomplishment of the business goals as
there are general theories of communication which includes oral, formal, directional, internal
which helps in understanding the considerations to business communication. There are some
barriers of communication which hurdle the successful accomplishment of the vaccination
campaign and some strategies are discussed in order to overcome these barriers.

Effective communication helps the employees to understand their to-do-task so that they can
contribute to the growth of the business organisation. This report is based on the vaccination
campaign which was organised earlier(Sarachuk and Magdalena, 2020). This report will cover
the general theories of organisational communication also identify the barriers of communication
which were faced at the time of vaccination campaigns.. Lastly, It will analyse the strategies for
the government in order to overcome from these barriers.

Formal communication theory: It refers to the flow of official information with the
help of predefined routes and channels. The information is being controlled by the higher
authorities as it flows in a hierarchical structure. Each person is accountable to their
respective seniors with the aim of having proper flow of information to the concerned
bodies.
Oral communication theory: It implies communication through mouth which also
includes conversing with each other and have the direct conversation or it can be the
telephonic conversation. Discussion, speeches, presentations are all forms of oral
communication. This helps in expressing the emotions and the view points of the
individual so they can complete their task with the right instructions.
Directional communication theory: It means that individual must be mindful of the
expectations and depth of the message when communicating in different directions.
Lateral communication is all about keeping the medium and content of message which
make the message attractive. This helps in the making the things right as per the overall
consideration of the business.

communication among the participants within the company(LeClaire, 2020). Internal
communications is meant by a group of processes which are responsible for the effective
information which is being circulation and collaboration among the participation in an
organisation. This also helps in getting the things at the right place so that all the things
can be achieved as per the pre-defined goals.
7 C's theory: It is the set of communication aspects which ensures the they are effective
and includes clarity, correctness, conciseness, courtesy, concreteness, considerations and
completeness. These are the aspect which states that the information which is being
communicate must be easy to understand and also have the effective approach by which
they can rightly work in the given job role.

barrier as people were not able to communicate properly nor having face-to-face
communication. Another problem was faced by the people are booking fir their slots as
they were not getting the availability of the lot by which they were unable to get
vaccinated.
Cultural barriers: It includes the language barrier which is the major consideration to
for the people as doctors may only speak English that can not be understand by everyone
