INTRODUCTION
Communication is a way of conversation. It is the process of flow of information among
the people. Communication is useful in understanding information and opinions of
other people. In case of Business Communication, it is similar process which involves
in the organisation. Business communication refers to sharing the information and
ideas among the people within or outside the company (Gesell, Glas and Essig,
2018). The main objectives of the business communication are to enhance the
organisational practices such as business ideas, marketing plans and business
meetings etc. to improve organisational efficiency. This report contains the
introduction of business communication, and barriers of people are not getting
vaccinated. In addition, with strategies to overcome from such barriers and cultural
awareness. Lastly, the conclusion that helps to know the overall brief of this report.
Barriers of taking offline classes:
As we know that COVID19 adversely affected the world. There are many people
not taking the vaccination due to some barriers as follows:
Information barrier: It refers to that many people living in rural areas of
United Kingdom. They don't have proper connectivity which helps them
to know the vaccination program. They are also some misinformation
about vaccine that it can affect their health. People don't know how,
when and where to take vaccine.
Physical barrier: It involves lack of transportation facility because
vaccination centres are not available in many regions. There is difficulty
to find a pharmacy in rural area therefore it is not possible to get
vaccinated for the people (Rentz and Lentz, 2018). Hence, it is not
possible for many people living in rural areas to get vaccinated due to
poor transportation facility.
Emotional Barrier: Emotional barrier refers to some people are scared of
getting vaccinated. It is due to that they think it can affect their health
and make them sick. They don' t have social and friends support that
helps them to get vaccinated.
Attitudinal barrier: There are many people in United King that think they
do not need any vaccine, Covid cannot affect their body. Therefore,
sometimes it becomes difficult to make people aware about the covid
that how severe is it and how vaccine can help them to fight against it.

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it is concluded that it describes the
business communication and how it is useful for organisations. There is
also some barriers are defined that explains why people are not getting

There are some strategies that can help people know more about the vaccine and how it can be
beneficial for them as follows:

know about the benefits of vaccine. It can be achieved by introducing campaign using
social media, through magazines and through various ads etc. It will help people to know
more about the disease and its affects.
Provide transportation facility: There should be proper transportation facility provide
for people living in rural areas. It will help them reach at vaccination centres and get
vaccinated.
Encouragement: People can be encouraged by offering them various benefits in the
government policies to vaccinated people. They can also be encouraged by providing
them the right set of information regarding Covid disease and its effects.
