Business communication is related to those process of communication under which the
informations are circulate within or outsides the organisation. It is very important for the
organisation to achieve success in any particular projects or task to have effective
communication channels. These communication channel enables the employees of the
organisation to share their ideas related to work easily and effectively (Escobar-Rodríguez and
Bonsón-Fernández, 2017). This report states various theories of organisational communication
which aware individual about the importance of communication for the success of organisation.

layers. Each layers contains a team of several members and the liability of performance of each
are lied with the layer of management (Chen, Davison and Ou 2020). It is believed by the weber
that each layer of the management are able to supervise the other layer which work in low level.

Tompkins and cheney’s organizational control theory is an extension of Weberian theory
of management. Under this theory Tompkins and Cheney describes four kinds of control under
which the organisation determine their power in management of organisation.
There are many control which the leaders of the organisation uses to influence their subordinates

Technical control :- Technical control is related to the use of technical devices such as
machines and new technologies to control the performance of employees (Bannier, Pauls
