Following the successful meeting that we held on 23rd October 2017 to deliberate on the
performance of the company regarding its productivity and sales capacity, I would like to

Your enthusiasm and willingness to talk freely was impressive and undoubtedly the reason for
the meaningful resolutions that we arrived at. I would like to commend you for your dedication
towards improving the current state of the organization that has affected our ability to compete
with other players effectively.
As noted in the meeting that the main contributor to your failure to use the newly acquired
computer system and software was inadequate training, I have also organized weekly training for
all members beginning 30th of this month and which will be carried out after the end of working
hours. These training will be mandatory for all employees failure to which might result in
disciplinary action. You are advised to use these training sessions to have your various
challenges that hindered you from carrying you your duties addressed efficiently by actively
participating and asking questions and for clarifications where you fail to understand.

will be carried out on each subsequent month so that areas of improvement can be noted earlier
before escalating into unmanageable levels that have had a negative impact on the on the
company. You are requested to comply and show maximum cooperation so that the undertaking
might be a success. You are advised to use the reviews as avenues of discussing various job-
related challenges that you may be facing with your managers so that lasting solutions can be
arrived at timely, without negatively affecting your productivity levels, as well as the
productivity of the organization.
Finally, your monthly performance bonuses will be processed from the end of the month as
agreed during the meeting. You are therefore advised to check and confirm if the same will be
reflected in your invoices at the end of the month. Kindly remember that we are all shareholders
in the company and therefore it is of utmost importance that we all work towards the realization
of the Company’s mission and objectives. Always feel free to come to my office whenever you
have an issue hindering your ability to undertake your duties efficiently so that we may avoid the
re-occurrence of the crisis that our company has been through.
