mentor. It will provide values to a degree as well. Honesty is necessary for the academic
industry. Moreover, leadership is the best part of integrity. In simple meaning, academic
integrity is responsible and honest scholarship. Besides, the student should original work as
well as credit to other peoples (Duggan, 2011).
Moreover, there are many benefits of academic integrity, such as honesty, trust, and
many others. There are many types of academic dishonesty including cheating, collusion,
academic misconduct, misrepresentation, conspiracy, bribery, and many others. Also, five
fundamental values can create using academic integrity, which is trust fairness, responsibility,
honesty, and respect (Kidane, 2018).
There will be a huge penalty for breaches of academic integrity. It is necessary to
manage all the things, which makes students more responsive. Besides, integrity is necessary
for the degree to create better outcomes. It will improve the personal and professional
success. Most of the students have used rules and regulations for managing all the things. It is
a need for professionalism.
Furthermore, there are many other impacts of academic integrity, which is the basic
need of a student in their career development. Most of the students have focused on their
growth and other processes. Moreover, there are many changes in the system, which has
provided different benefits to the students, as a mentor, I would like to suggest students take
care about the academic integrity in their whole degree program. It will improve their
personal and professional life. Honesty and trust are necessary for business as well. The Code
of ethics is the base of a business as well. Therefore, students should focus on academic
integrity in the whole program (Leonard, 2019).

should follow a learning life cycle, such as Peterson and Kolb’s learning style. Besides, the
learning style has used for managing all the things. Most of the students have used learning
models to manage their progress. Time management is necessary to manage all the works
properly. Besides, time management is necessary for professional development as well.
Moreover, basic skills can be used for improving performance (MacLachlan, 2013).
Critical thinking is a process that is used for handling critical conditions in personal
and professional works. It is related to the problem-solving processes and decision-making
process. Moreover, there are many issues and challenges in academic work, which can be
solved using critical thinking (Mayfield & Mayfield, 2017). Besides, critical thinking is
necessary to handle unwanted challenges in the business as well. Most of the processes have
used for managing all the things in a degree program. Moreover, crisis management can be
used for managing critical conditions in the future as well (Sapp, David Alan & Zhang,
2009).
Furthermore, critical conditions have raised in the business processes. In addition,
there are many good impacts of crisis management as well. Moreover, there are many things
to manage in a firm using various approaches, such as change management and others. Most
of the people have used this approach to improve the benefits (Sigmar, Lucia Stretcher,
Hynes, & Hill, 2012).

known as the convergence model as well. In this model, communication becomes linear in
case the receiver does not respond. It is a new communication channel in mass

different types of stakeholders in the company. moreover, basic processes can be used for
managing all the things.
The transactional model has used for interpersonal communication as well. It has
managed simultaneous feedback. This model is helpful in better communication. Thus, a
student should know about the business communication model, which has used in the future
as well. Moreover, basic processes have based on the processing of various things. Moreover,
there are many good impacts of communication on the business and relationship as well
(Sapp, David Alan & Zhang, 2009).
There is some specific model, which cannot succeed in some cases, it is based on the
persons as well. Moreover, understanding is necessary for the sender and receiver as well.
There are many benefits of a business model, but in a few cases, they got failed because of a
lack of understanding of the main concept of the model. It will be better for the company to
manage its business using a better business communication model. However, it will be
