On 28th February, I purchased a brand new range Rover from your showroom with model no
------ and Registration no----- I am having vital complaints regarding the transmission system
and other issues concerning leakage of oil from the engine. In addition, Brakes are
correspondingly not so flexible and hence, it is creating troubles in sudden pauses while driving.
The deal has been very much disappointing and substandard. I decided to buy the car as it
belongs to a very reputed Company and your authorized dealership is located close to my home.
Hence, I thought of purchasing the vehicle owing to easy access in problematic situations or any
unpleasant incidents regarding the means of transport.
The after sales service is a dynamic issue as it challenges the smooth running of the system of
operations. There might be any sort of problems regarding the machinery parts or components
related to technical complications or mechanical disturbances. The devices, mechanism of
working and apparatuses must be well checked before distributing it to the customers. The
embarrassments affect the brand image for the company as well as the clients and other
