Introduction
The term entrepreneurship is said to be the crucial activity that is linked with the process to
develop and organise the business properly so that a new business venture run successfully
(Fanizza and Colloca, 2020). It can also be said that entrepreneurship allows the business to
attain the desired goals with better generation of profits. It is also known to generate
employment and it provides an entry-level job which will be required to gain experience and
training for unskilled workers in the future. Along with it, this activity is performed by
entrepreneurs who have the ability to start a new business with better capabilities. Likewise, in
that situation the main purpose of the entrepreneurs is to generate good amount of profit with
new opportunities. If anyone wants to become a successful entrepreneur, then it is not an easy
practice and there are some ancient issues which are linked with entrepreneurial practices. The
present study is built on diverse challenges which are related to work experience that is mostly
overlooked by an entrepreneur. That is why without having any sort of preceding experience, it
become quite tough for an entrepreneur in order to start and run a business venture positively. In
relation to this, an interview will be regulated to gather necessary information from the
entrepreneurs. In that process the selection of the interview question will be created on the main
substantial issues which are connected with the entrepreneurial practices. Furthermore, in
addition to this, the study will also cover the complete with necessary findings in the report. At
end, the reflection will also be outlined of interview and the analysis of it (Drobyazko and
et.al.,2019).
Rational of choice of qualitative interview
The main rational behind choosing the qualitative interview as it has the capacity to provide
proper information inrelation to the chosen topic (Vedula and et.al., 2022). The qualitative
method is considered essential in terms of collecting the detailed information. In regards to
present study, an interview will be taken place with the aim of collecting significant data to make
meaningful implications in the future. With the help of interview, it is possible to get suitable
information from the entrepreneurs. Here, the interview questions are given below:
 Do you have any previous experience in order to handle the operations of the business?
 What are the various issues challenges you are facing in executing the new business
venture effectively?

Data analysis:
It can be said that entrepreneurship has a major impact on the community and society
development as a whole. It has the power and ability to grow, organize and manage the new
activities of the business. It can also be seen that while starting or running a new business
venture, there are various issues which are to be faced by the entrepreneurs. That is why the main
goal of the entrepreneurial practice is to earn substantial amount of profit for future growth and
survival. On the other hand, the entrepreneurs are likely to contribute more in growth and that
will directly lead to enlargement of economy successfully. Due to prior experience, it will help
an individual to know about various opportunities which can exist in market place as compared
to other companies. In addition, prior experience makes it easier for the entrepreneurs with the
aim to recognize and make the most of the opportunities with chances for future growth. In
addition to this, it can also be monitored that the entrepreneurs are to face the issues due to lack
of support in the new venture. At the beginning stage, it is not easy to make people believe in the
idea and the futuristic approach. There are various issues for instance related to workforce, funds
and the another one is related with lack of confidence. As when the entrepreneurs do not have
proper knowledge, support and funds, they often lose confidence in their own self which will
tend to impact the level of progress of the venture deeply.
Findings
From the above information, it is also understood that entrepreneurship is said to support the
research and development process in the market. It is one of the vital function from economical
prospective as well. As it is known to help in generating sufficient amount of employment
opportunities for all the population which will tend to improve the economic situation in the
market (Cunha, Kastenholz and Carneiro, 2020). It can also be analysed that having prior
experience is one of the essential tasks for the entrepreneurs. In addition to this, it is one of the
critical aspects that it has the power to affect the level of growth and success of entrepreneurs.
For instance, if they have prior experience, then they can easily identify the business
opportunities and threats. Further, they can also complete their tasks and perform in the business
functions strongly to run the new venture successfully. Additionally, it is also found that
entrepreneurs have to face many challenges while starting and running a new venture. The main
challenge has been recognised is of lack of clarity while developing sales strategy and also lack
of support. Firstly, the entrepreneurs also found it complex to get their work done and to make

people convince with their business idea. It can also be seen that even known, family, friends and
other close people do not support the entrepreneurs at the initial phase. Also, they face challenge
in terms of getting the amount of funds with the target of running the business venture properly.
When there is no support and funds then the level of confidence of entrepreneurs will decline. As
a result, they lose confidence to run the venture easily and powerfully (Ratten and Usmanij,
2021).
Reflection
As the present study revolves around the entrepreneurial practices and in order to complete the
study, it is one of the essential aspect to gather the necessary amount of data. In relation to the
present situation, the data has been collected with the help of interview. In that process, I have
taken interview of entrepreneurs to get information regarding their experience, challenges and
more. Along with it, I also faced some complications while taking the interviews as some
entrepreneurs were not that supportive in the process of interview. Also, some entrepreneurs did
not provide appropriate and precise information that will affect the overall research outcomes in
insightful manner. During the process of analysis, I also need to collect the abundant information
from different sources that is a difficult and time consuming tasks. Further, I need to devote huge
time in terms of analysing the information appropriately. That is why I managed to collect the
accurate information in order to make the entire study authentic and reliable which improves the
overall quality of research study (Tien and et.al.,2019). Due to interview, I was able to gather the
limited amount of information that will affect the final outcomes profoundly. In the current study
thematic analysis has been selected that is based on theoretical analysis.
