repairing organization1. The need for the business will be discussed in the paper, along with that

Description of the business
The description of the business will be presented in this unit of the paper. This business
organization is a mobile repairing organization, they provide technical support to numerous start-
ups. The mission and vision of the organization is to deploy cloud computing solutions while
deploying the technical support to the clients of the organization2. The employees working in this
organization provides tech support, designs websites and applications and manages the cloud
architects. This organization would like to help the smaller business to deal with the fast growth
of the technologies as the application of the technologies are very much beneficial for the
business to improve its profitability.
Identification of a problem faced by the organization
The primary problem faced by this organization is the recruitment of technical staffs. The
latest developments in the field of Information Technology in the last 10 years has ensued in the
evolution of cloud computing solutions. The experienced employees of the organization are not
fully aware of the technology, thus the existing recruitment process of this organization has to be
