deploying the technical support to the clients of the organization2. The employees working in this
organization provides tech support, designs websites and applications and manages the cloud
architects. This organization would like to help the smaller business to deal with the fast growth
of the technologies as the application of the technologies are very much beneficial for the
business to improve its profitability.
Identification of a problem faced by the organization
The primary problem faced by this organization is the recruitment of technical staffs. The
