In the conference, there will be some activities for all participants, which are so useful for
conference as well as for participants. It will make a better conference and it will be useful for

conference. It will remove boringness from conference. There are a schedule for proper
management of tea, lunch, and high tea, so nobody feel lazy in the conference. There are highly
skilled persons in conference as a speaker, so that every person in busy in the getting knowledge
from speech. It will have some activities between the session and after the session for removing
boringness of participant during conference. There are individual and group exercises on the
learning objective, such as self-awareness, effective communication skill, reflection, and self-
evaluation. Some games will be played between the conference for prevention of boring. Some
exercise will be beneficial for betterment of conference are case based exercise, demonstration
on-sight, role playing, inquiry-based learning, experimental learning, and hand on learning
(Robles, 2012).
There is evaluation round also for learning and it will be helpful for future learning. Basic theme
is learning by doing. For enhancing communication skills, all these activities are so necessary.
