MAIN BODY
Detail pertaining to the client and the problem it has been suffering
The first client of our consultancy is “London School of Science & Technology (LSST)”
college that have four campuses in academic sector. Currently the organisation is planning to
introduce a new course for which it will be requiring more qualified employees or staff that are
ready to work for growth and expansion of firm (Nissen and et.al., 2019). Hence, in short it is
facing issue in response to identifying the way of recruiting qualified staff that have completed
knowledge pertaining to the course.
Second client to whom consultancy services will be delivered is “Fairfield School of
Business (FSB)” that is facing challenge of increase level of competition in academic sector and
the way it can be eliminated for better outcome. Such as LSST is coming in one of the biggest
colleges in UK and there are many other new entrances in UK so it acts as threat to smooth
operation of business in external environment (Perales Vallejos and et.al., 2019 ). Hence, it is
facing issue pertaining to college’s current segments and introducing addition in the course
portfolio of college for reducing competition.
Areas of importance to the client
The problem that is face by both the client named as Fairfield School of Business (FSB)
and London School of Science & Technology can be breakdown and important areas can be

have huge market share and more profitability. They have planned to entered the
educational sector will be launching of new course that could be offered to student for
enhancing their existing key knowledge and capabilities. In context of the LTTS, the
competition is medium, as there are number of new entrances coming into the market on
regular basis that acts as tough competition for the organisation (Burgos and et.al., 2021).
In addition to this, LTTS because of more experience, strong brand image in market have
opportunity to easily compete with other organisation, by improving the hiring strategies
to have qualified employees. While, it can be stated that for FSB, LTTS is one of the
biggest rivalry that is providing range of services to student so that they can have better
education. Along with it, for FSB is small firm and there is huge competition present in
market, thereby it has to find out alternative method that could be used to attract more
student for earning high profit margin. Hence, it is becoming difficult for the FSB
organisation to effectively deal with its existing competitors to grow and survive in
market as they have more resource, brand image and capabilities to attract and retained
customers.
2. Target market: This is factor that describe about the group of individual that is planned
by company to target in order to delivered its services and earn desired revenue. Both the
company have targeted their market on the basis of their respective objective that has
helped it in inducing more number of student to be part of organisation as compared to
other alternative. Likewise, the case study has helped in learning that the target audience
of LTTS is wide as comparison with FSB. Company is planning to target student that are
coming at college to take notes given by lecturers and attained program for improving
their existing knowledge and skills (Benazic, 2021). Furthermore, LTTS is private huge
organisation so its main motivate to attract range of student to earn high profit margin
and sales revenue. Fairfield School of Business (FSB) is focusing on vocational learning
programs, so it is planning to target student that want to get opportunities to learn and get
better employment in future circumstances. In another words, it has decided to target
