INTRODUCTION
Business consulting refers to an activity that has been fulfilled by the consultants who are
able to run their businesses in a manner which are related to specified departments such as
marketing, finance, human resource and accounting. They are the kind of people who is solely
responsible for improvement within organizational operations by evaluating the weaknesses of
the firm along with proposing effective business solutions (Jiménez, García and Ancona
Alcocer., 2019). This study will illustrate the conception by taking two individual organizations
into consideration such as FSB and LSST. The report will highlight the challenges faced by the
client areas of significance to the client such as target consumer market, competitors along with
influencing factors from external environment. Apart from this, the information also have been
collected that are related to the greater three issues faced by the client.
MAIN BODY
1. Identification of clients name along with the issues faced by them
In order to complete the study, the client that has been chosen are LSST and FSB who are
namely as London School of Science and Technology and Fairfield School of Business who are
facing their own individual issues related to specific areas.
Client 1
Client 1 is related to the Fairfield School of Business who is required to launch a new
course along with the academic portfolio of the enterprise. The primary and basic aim of the FSB
is to launch a portfolio which makes sure that the professional information in context of human
resource have been developed or generated among the staff members. It has been identified that
the enterprise is facing specific difficulties in launching a new and advanced course which are
able to originate an understanding regarding special areas. The course has been introduced by
human resource personnel as it is one of the most significant aspects in order to make the
employees highly modern in nature (Jerónimo, Pereira and Sousa, 2019). For making the
complete course extremely beneficial and effective enough to provide large number of benefits,
then the firm have to make sure that course is greatly fruitful and have an ability to attract more
and more students which has become only possible by recruiting more skilled and talented staff
members. The availability along with the choice of staff members plays an important role among

the enterprise. The problems have been originated because the Fairfield School of Business want
to recruit appropriate kind of people or staff members within their firm who are extremely
advantageous for them.
Client 2
Project 2 is completely based upon the London School of Science and Technology who are
currently facing certain issues that are related to the marketing department of the enterprise. The
problems or issues have been formulated because of the lack of the skilled workers or
experienced academicians within the organization. Apart from this, other most significant factor
that is greatly able to generate challenges are acknowledged by the recruitment of high profile
staff members within the establishment (Huang, 2020). Such critical situations requires timely
and rapid resolutions by researching and grab the contemporary along with contemporary
market knowledge or information because the firm currently is unable to make
competitive advantages and are facing drastic issues on constant basis.
2. Study about the investigation over diversified areas which are highly significant to their clients
Client 1
In order to resolve specified issues of Fairfield School of Business, comprehensive
researching have been required at diversified areas or locations which are able to provide in
sequence information in context of getting competitive advantages. As per detailed identification
it has been acknowledged that there are specific competitors available in the market namely
TCNJ, Province College and Bentley University who are major competitors of the FSB and this
is the major reason that the firm are highly concerned about such establishments. In order to deal
with them, the client has to make and adopt appropriate strategies. In context of segmenting the
market, the process that is being followed by the FSB is psychographic segmentation action as
this process offers wide range of choices. This will help to discuss things over specific
parameters. To position their services among the candidates FSB have to focus towards position
them within the market. The company offers ACCA and CIMA degrees in HR that is highly
helpful to attract more students within their campus (Flynn and Kowalkiewicz, 2018).

Clients 2
LSST is found as 2nd clients that are private college and having various for campus at
their sector and offers the business, IT, science and management. It could be identified about
they are expanding their business while by introducing some other learning courses. They are
facing some new hiring tutor for their new subjects.
Target audience- Campus have found the student who is coming to the college for
involving their program which are offering to them. As organization which required to
expand their portfolio as they also required for keeping focus towards the customer not
only from their native country but also from their international customer (Grigan, 2021).
While this is also important for keeping focus on their international customer and make
sure for having huge decision. Human resources is also looking for the candidate that is
completely compliments for their best job profile.
Competition- While due to having the new entrance in market that could increasing the
highly competition for the LSST and this could be also great experience in market and
that allow them to effectively complete with their rivalries. But, due to having poor
human resources strategies this are lacking in hiring with suitable applicant, without
having their attract from the customer towards some new courses.
Market- It is also analysed that market share for the LSST is maximum and organization
have become expand with the four branches within countries and various countries as
well (Singh And et.al., 2021). They are also planning for having better future market
share and also increasing by diversifying their services, so it could be reason for
professional who can be more suitable handling with their various diversified students.
PEST analysis:
It is important for the organization in knowing about their external analysis and this could
be needs the macro impact over the business. Here, is some of external analysis such as:
Political- It is defined as about how the government standards and policies involves at
their economy, which might be directly affected their business. However, the LSST and
their having new market expansion which can bring face to impact for their local
government when they are trying to expand their business activities. It is also important

to follow all the legal policies and standards in order for preventing them with some
vulnerable terms.
Economic- While this factor involves inflation, import export exchange rate, interest and
so on. It also affects the financial capability towards the organization and brings their
business activities some fewer (Amezian, Nauen and Le Goff, 2021). LSST can process
within some investment and ensure them within some new subjects when they are
increasing demand and having market experience with low interest rate.
Social- This factor accounts within the demographic, profession, population growth and
so on. While there are many terms which keep identification for their customer behaviour
in market and required for the LSST for providing the better environment for their
students.
Technological- The organization can make the use of E-learning experience and bring
out the better working condition for their staff as well. The students can also have the
better tech environment in the classroom.
3. Top issues facing by client
Issues faced by the firms are complex and require urgent solution as it helps them to achieve
great level of success. FSB facing challenges regarding the HR department which has been
resolved by following the psychographic segmentation. LSST also follows same procedure to
solve personal problems i.e. related to the marketing department. With the help of such skills the
staff of individual firm can resolve their issues. Another challenge is related to the lack of skilled
academicians (La Rotta, 2018). Hence the requirement of skilled employees arises. Apart from
this, they also require research over the modern marketing information and without this he firms
are not able to achieve their competitive advantages.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been concluded that both firms are facing their own specified
issues in the market space and thus requires urgent resolutions to achieve success and getting rid
of challenges faced by them. The study had highlighted the specific issues faced by both the
firms in order to get competitive advantages, identification of target audience, and segmentation
along with the ways to position them in the market.
