Business consultant refers to the individual person who has the proficiency in a particular field
and consist of wide range of information and knowledge regarding the specific field. the present
report is based on the Fairfield School of business which is located in Croydon , England united
kingdom ( Dutta, 2020). The report will determine the the client and elaborate the issue which
the client is facing. Along with that the report will shade a light on the various factors that
encourage the client. Furthermore the report will mentioned the issues which is faced by the
client.

The client is Fairfield School Of Business which is located in the middle of Croydon, England,
United kingdom. It is one of the best colleges and consider as the first collage of the London
which is the private institute that deliver exciting, diverse cultured, assorted place to obtain the
knowledge and skills for the best career path. It deliver opportunity of improving the career
prospects to student due to which the individual person is able to accomplish personal as well as
professional goal in effective as well as efficient manner. the organisation or the institute invite
the hard working and effective student to the participate in the various learning program (Joshi,
Vinay, and Bhaskar 2020).
In the current period of time the institute is facing various issues as the situations are changing
rapidly. In the pandemic situation in order to control the spread of coronavirus and save lives of
the people the government or authority announced the complete lockdown ( Dalal, 2020). Due
to which the scholar is not able to acquire the knowledge. In that situation many other
organisation provide the online classes facilities but lack of equipment the client is unable to
provide the online classes facilities to the student. The organisation is not having particular
department of information technology who can deal with issue of technique issues of the student
face during attending the lecture. Along with that the organisation is having the issue associated
with the legal system ( Gupta, and Sahoo, 2020). Due to incomplete facilities many student file
case against the organisation and face law suits. Along with the teacher file the complain too as
institute is making gender discrimination between the teacher. Apart from that the organisation is

not delivering ethical values for the welfare of student and the teacher. For inspiring the teacher
it is essential to share the ethical issues ( Selvaraj, and et.al.,2021). Along with it help in
improving the brand values and maintaining peace among the people.

The clients are facing the various competitors in the competitive market place such as
providence college, Emerson college, Bryant university, Saints Joseph university and many more
(Valenti and Nazarian, 2022). The various colleges are provides the degree programs for
graduate and undergraduate courses so, the clients are face the various competition.
Target customers
The Fairfield’s target to customers who want to develop the skills and knowledge and
offer the opportunities to the students for develop the knowledge and skills that they want to
determine the products and services needs and expectations of customers as well as delivering
and creating the challenges for the products and services of the company. The business school
target the customers who want to graduate and undergraduate students who want to fulfil the
studies after the work place and help develop the knowledge which helps in become the success
in the future career (Hui and Liang, 2019). The business schools target the students who want to
work in the corporate life and business management because they want to establish the
knowledge regarding the business and management which helps in become the successful in the
business and professional life. The business schools target the customers who want to starts and
begin their studies after the some years of workforce in the business as well as target those who
want to develop the best knowledge and skills which helps in become success in the future
career.
External factors
Political factors: The political factors are influence the FSB to create the risk with the
help of initiative the governments because they are may fail to deliver the policy. The
teachers of the school are required to change the skills. In the political factors the
requirements of self managing and self-financing. The governments also influence that
the curriculum must be short with the leads time.
Economics: the economic factors are also influenced the FSB clients that they should

are influence the clients which affects the business that include the taxes, inflation,

for the students in the end nowadays; students are accepting the large numbers of debt.

online education quality resources because it will be very helpful in the future and for the
career of the students (Christodoulou and Cullinane, 2019). The technological factors
help in pursue the better career for the students with the higher education and it also
affects the traditional higher education in the UK.
Environmental factors: it influences that they should establish the eco-friendly
revolution in the industry. The business school need to maintain the organizational
culture for the better working environments. The Covid-19 and pandemic shifted the
entire education systems to the online learning because it helps the economy to safe and
protect the business school environments.
Legal factors: the legal factors influence the FSB which affects the online learning. It
affects the online learning systems. There are various criteria for the teachers and
recruiting the tutors which are strictly with regards the higher education in the business

Technological issues: the clients face the technological issues because of the poor network
infrastructure, lack of professional training because the technology are increasing with the
new and advanced technology which are affects the education. Due to the lack of
professional trainers in the business schools in the big issues for the students and teachers
because they are not able to understand easily but the students wants to learn and desire to
establish the knowledge of technology experience. There are various disadvantages of
technology and the business are faces such as require the management and training and
require the cist money to adopt the technology as well as trainer and coach for the teaching

pandemic so; they are facing the issues as regarding the technology.
Legal issues: The legal issue is face by the business school or FSB because of the pandemic,
due to the pandemic, FSB is closed totally and an online class was started and that face the
loss. The teachers of the business schools are face the various issues such as teacher
dismissal and teachers expression, employment discrimination and other legal issues such as
students discipline and teacher liability.
Ethic issues: the FSB face the ethics issues with the students and teachers because there is
the lack of social equality, disciple, social diversity, etc. the students are face the bulling
issues those are back to studies after the workforce for accomplish the higher education.
Beyond the campus students are misbehaving with each other’s and doing bad activities
such as alcohol and drugs. That all issues are face by the clients and it affects the reputation
and goodwill of the business schools. It is decreasing the retention rate of teacher and
students. The competitors of the business schools have the good reputations which affect the
FSB.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it will be concluded that the client is Fairfield School Of Business which
is facing various issues such as technical, legal and ethical issues due to which the value of the
institution is decreasing ( Burgoyne, and Cohn, 2020). The present report highlighted the issues
in detail the study presented the extern environment with the assistance of pestle analysis that is
affecting the business in positive as well as negative way. along with that the study analysis that
the organisation is facing lots of challenges in the marketplace.
