INTRODUCTION
A business consultant is a professional who provides professionals or expert advice in
specified area that can help to develop the organizational functions. It has been seen that many
problems facing by people while working in organization that directly affected their business
productivity. The current project is about consultancy for LSST- HR that’s can helps to resolve
the issue (Abduvalievna, 2021). LSST has 4000 students studying courses on a business
management, Health, Social care, and IT computing. This report helps to develop understanding
and managing work effectively. This report involves competitor analysis, segmentation, target
audience, and position, skills, and expertise of the team.
MAIN BODY
1. Clarify who your client is, and what is the problem they are facing
In relation to current project LSST is client that means London School of Science &
Technology is long established privately managed college in the Academic sector and has four
campuses. Wembley, Elephant & Castle, Luton (London) and Aston (Birmingham). In the
present, college has approx. 4000 students studying courses on business and management, health
& social cate and IT. The vision and mission of college is to support individuals of all
background, abilities and skills in order to fill their potential through learning, and achievement.
The client is facing the problem of recruitment of qualified and experienced staff from the
decreasing pool of potential applicants (Tura, 2019). This HR issues risen in the organizational
while studying students and many more courses or product has been added. This is important for
human resource management to identify the issues and put efforts to resolve issues that can help
to develop the organizational performance. To have good knowledge and skills is important for
human resource manager as it solve all issues that relates to HR department and increase
organizational performance (Bode, 2021).

experience in particular field. This mainly focuses on different needs and wants of their students
to provide education and make them professionals. The importance of LSST is defined in the
form of different aspects such as:
Competitor Analysis
This can be explained as framework and tool uses by marketing professionals to compare
their business plan or marketing strategy with their competitors. This model creates a visual
structure for marketing competitive analysis that can help to develop the business activities and
performance. The management needs to understand the problems and competition then provide
the services accordingly that can help to improve the performance. In relation to LSST, after
using competitor analysis it has explained that QA is a private higher education, with number of
courses, out of them 100 courses are relevant in field of accounting and financial management.
Other than this, London Metropolitan University with more than 20 qualified staff in ACCA and
CIMA that creates competition for LSST to run their organization. The human resource
management of such organization needs to create a difference from its competitor by selecting
qualified staff and providing new courses that will help to grow a business and manage activities
effectively (Duboff, 2017).
Target customer market
This termed to a group of potential customers identified by business concern to sell
products and services in order to increase organizational sales. To start any organization, target
customer is most important as it helps to know people thinks before buying and selling products.
In changing environment, it became difficult for firm to identify their target market and provide
the products and services accordingly that supports to develop productivity and profitability. In
relation to LSST, main client are students, where highly qualified staff would be hire in ACCA
and CIMA by providing graduation and other courses. This can help to manage the all activities
and resolve issues that rises while working and studying. By hiring the qualified staff students
would enrol in new courses given by LSST (Torre, 2021). The target audience of selected
organization is classified in to different structure such as:
Local and international Students;
Male and Female;
